Thank you for taking the time to write out an application for NCO/Officer/SO/DDoS. This is a great way to boost yourself through the ranks by explaining to Naval command why you should be picked as a member of the NCO/Officer team. While there are no word requirements, keep in mind that your responses are a reflection of yourself, and what command will use to determine whether or not you should be accepted, so make sure you’re happy with your answers before submitting. You should be submitting applications with at least 2 to 3 sentences or more for certain questions, if you have less than that you are less likely to be accepted Requirements You must be a Crewman+ to apply for Petty Officer II You must be a Chief Petty Officer+ to apply for Ensign. What is your in game rank and name. Leading Crewman yedekkral What is your STEAM ID? STEAM_0:0:143522965 How long have you been in Naval 9 days Why do you wish to become a Junior Officer Respectfully, I hereby submit my request to join the naval team in their upcoming actions, as outlined in the enclosed letter. As a player who is enthusiastic and committed to their obligations, I am excited at the prospect of contributing my talents and expertise to the team's success. It has come to my attention that on certain occasions, there is a lack of available personnel to effectively organize and control the situation. I have personally experienced this and understand the importance of having experienced and capable leadership in these situations. I am honored to be considered for membership on the team and am eager to use my skills and leadership experience to ensure the success of the upcoming events. While I understand and respect the current hierarchy that requires players to attain the rank of PO2 before being allowed to take on certain roles, I do believe that players who show extraordinary leadership, passion, and ability should be given the opportunity to serve in roles that are commensurate with their abilities and experience. I am eager to learn and grow in the role of a Junior Officer and contribute my skills and experience to the team. In short, my desire is to contribute to the team's success in any way possible and I am willing to do whatever it takes to make that happen. I am grateful for your consideration of this matter and look forward to the opportunity to serve the naval team. Thank you for your time and attention. What are the duties of a Junior Officer? When it comes to the readiness and presentation of the naval team, I believe a Junior Officer plays a key role. The Junior Officer is expected to lead and properly prepare the navy in the absence of anyone else who is more qualified or experienced. Help them out when they're lost or confused by giving them advice and instructions as needed. The Junior Officer's duties include keeping tabs on the enlisted personnel, allocating them to certain sectors, and making sure they have the necessary tools and training to do their missions. They should also make sure that everybody is informed of what they are supposed to be doing and is prepared to do it. The Junior Officer also needs the ability to conduct confidential debriefings with team members to review performance and offer comments. The Junior Officer's role also includes teaching and offering suggestions on how team members might grow professionally and contribute more effectively. This calls for an expert grasp of naval operations' tactic and strategy as well as an in-depth familiarity with the tasks and responsibilities of each team member. The Junior Officer's primary responsibility is to ensure that the naval team is well-presented and well-prepared for events. They keep an eye on the enlisted soldiers, give them their sectors, have private debriefings, and offer advice on how they might better themselves. The Junior Officer must take charge and properly prepare the team if a more senior officer is not immediately available. How will you assist the battalion as a Junior Officer? As an Imperial Junior Officer, my primary duty would be to ensure that the battalion is properly prepared and equipped for any mission or operation. I would work closely with the senior officers to coordinate and execute tactical plans, assign tasks and responsibilities to the enlisted personnel, and provide guidance and support as required. Additionally, I would strive to lead by example and inspire those under my command to excel in their duties and responsibilities. This would involve mentoring and training the enlisted personnel, monitoring their performance, and providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement. In the field, I would be responsible for leading small units and executing specific tasks or objectives. This would require a strong understanding of tactics and strategy, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and make decisions under pressure. Ultimately, my goal as a Junior Officer would be to support the success of the battalion and contribute to the overall mission of the Imperial Army. I would do this by working diligently to ensure that the battalion is well-prepared, well-trained, and well-led, and by leading by example with courage, discipline, and professionalism. My deepest apoligies for the past incident

What is your in-game name?: not Ostrich What is your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:172053315 What is your rank on the Naval Roster?: Vice Admiral What specialty are you applying for?: Security Officer What Naval HC (Commodore+) gave you permission to apply?: Matrix/Me What can you do to improve the branch you will be responsible for?: I used to be a SO/SD/Agent Kallus for well over 5 months till I went on reserves. My main objective shall be to help out Shock and DT with literally anything in my power to try and improve the Branche's activity as well as supervise the discipline and professionalism of said battalions, I shall conduct as much as trainings as possible and believe me I like talking with people so I try to socialize and make friends with as much as people as possible to improve connection in between Naval - Shock, DT. I should interact with either branch both from the RP and Combative/professional side. Why should you be trusted with this position?: I should be trusted with this position due to me having enormous amount of previous expirience from when i used to supervise these branches, I was a SO/SD/Agent Kallus(Dadmiral) for well over 3 DT SNR/Commander's and even more Shock(Odin still the best DT SNR Commander). I haven't had any issues ever since I joined navy and comming off reserves gave me a great fealing, and me knowing that I can improve both Shock and DT I can't stand it not doing anything. I even went out of my way and decided to write this application up even tho I was offered and interview but to all of the newer people that I yet have not met I wat to show you all that i care about navy and how people see me. Why do you want this rank?: I guess I want to get back to the old times in this sub brunch, as i had a lot of fun with people made a lot of great friendships, and it was a great sub division to start off as you get to talk with Shock as well as DT. Again I like to socialise with different people and battalions as it gives me a lot of satisfaction from playing on the server. Do you understand that if you receive a strike you will be stripped of this rank?: Yes, I do understand. What is your purpose within your assigned branch?: Security Officers are tasked with assisting the Security Director in overseeing Shock & Death Troopers and keeping the ship safe and secure at all times. As well as assisting new enlisted and NCO's with duties if needed. (The purpose of SO branch is to supervise/improve and make connections with Both battalions by helping out the lower and higher ranks and making there life easier overall.).

What is your ingame name?: Jay What is your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:7140299 What is your rank on the Naval Roster?: Midshipman What specialty are you applying for?: Security Officer What Naval HC (Admiral +) gave you permission to apply?: Admiral Seaman What can you do to improve the branch you will be responsible for? Well first of all the branch that I will be improving is shock, Overall I really don't see that many tryouts from shock on a daily basis I might be wrong but I really don't see any my first thing I will do to try to improve shock is hosting more tryouts for shock. Second of all I can train the people inside of shock to learn and know more I see shock TRNs and PVTs sometimes getting mad at higher ups because they have to arrest them because they aren't doing their job correctly I actually heard that from a shock one time. Third and finally I can just try to get the battalion more active overall which will lead to more tryouts and more trainings from the higher ups in shock which will lead to shock becoming a better battalion overall. If the branch I were to be responsible for was DT I would most likely just host more tryouts just like I did in shock DT is pretty active just like shock but the more the better so hosting more tryouts would be for the best. Second of all I could train DT more make them better at guarding, pvp (etc) anything that will help them become a better battalion overall I'm not saying DT is a bad battalion I'm just saying they can always improve. Third and finally. I will teach them the stuff I've learned and know with all my capability to make them the best. Why should you be trusted with this position?: I think I should be trusted with this position because I used to be in the navy a while ago I was a midshipman probably nobody remembers me except a few people that I don't even remember. Second of all I probably should be trusted because of how I passed the navy tryout in the first place that probably doesn't mean or help anything but I guess it might do something to help me have a higher chance at getting this position. Why do you want this rank?: I want this rank because I want to be able to lead and help branches like DT, and Shock and I'm more of a security guy myself, I'm not really into MO or AO, I thought about GO at first but I decided on security officer. I think I have the experience to be trusted and given this position within the Imperial Navy. Do you understand that if you receive a strike you will be stripped of this rank?: Yes, I understand. What is your purpose within your assigned branch?: My purpose within my assigned branch is to lead and help them like I've stated in other sentences in this application. And be able to teach people inside the assigned branch I get more stuff and be able to be active and mature at all times.
