    Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) Hiya everyone let me introduce myself my names Ryan I want to become part of the staff team as a trial mod because I have had the privileged of being a staff before and i loved every minute of it being part of the staff bring more response Ability I feel like I have the ability to take control in difficult sits but also believe being part of the staff is to do the job the best of my ability making sure that I make sure everyone has a good time and that they  are rule-breakers people who don't understand the rules or don't follow them to make sure they understand where they have made a mistake but always maintaining that high standed    I think I deserve the role because am a fair person and I never take a side being in the staff team it brings a great responsibility because you are the face of the community and that to me its a great thing to be pleased about being an easy-going like am so approachable always a laugh I like doing the right things am an active player being on every day for a couple of hours my previous time as staff on police Rp i loved every seond making sure the community was having fun but maintaining the rules of the sever at the same time i have been on other departments within police Rp and i gained skills in everything from Pd,S.W.A.T,SCO19,To Moderator  and it all teached me patience goes a long way i know i have warning bus that was when i first joined the sever for being stupid but i learned my lesson i am a hundred present decanted to this role.

    How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?first,  I would take the situations somewhere with both people involved if the person is cursing you I would gag them give them then warn them to stop if not I would warn them of staff disrespect, and with the Mass RDmING I would also give them a chance to explain themselves but to also make sure they know there will be series consequences to their actions but I will also check all the logs and to check the players warning where I would contact an admin to Issue them a Ban for 5 days+ and to make sure they read the MOTD.

    Overall, I just think you need more time in the community before you're ready for staff. Its not that you aren't currently ready, but I feel that some more time in the community so current staff members and other players can get a better gauge on the type of person and the type of player you are would help out. From the times that i've seen you ingame, you're nice, respectful and mostly mature (you slip up sometimes but who doesn't) I'd recommend joining PD (if you haven't already) and a sub department such as state trooper to get yourself more well known out there! Becoming more active on the forums (responding to and making posts) would also help you out a bunch, and If you haven't already, go talk to and introduce yourself to Fame (our Head Of Staff) in his Teamspeak room! it definitely helps if he knows who you are.     Why would you want to join our Support team( 100 words+) I would like to join the gaming light support department because i love helping people in any way i can like no problem is too big or too small am always ready to get stuck into things i have seen people in waiting for tags and assistance but at times no support has been on and i want to change that and help like late at night i see  quite a thew people in waiting for support rooms, am a nice easy person to talk to always up for a chat and making people feel welcoming am dedicated to everything i do. Am on always every day am very active and give everything my best to my ability i know the gaming light community very well and want to expand my skills and help other players that are in need in our community and as Staff, in-game i get a lot of cases why do i get errors on my screen and i want to change the fewer calls to staff in game.

    How do you think you could affect support staff in a positive way? I think i would make a great addition to the staff Team in a positive way always up for a laugh and am very active, and i have had the previous experience in support make support more active and also have some laughs and spread the joy around the gaming light community.

    Police light bars texture fix, and vehicle Skins

    What you want to see? -  These Added to the  Addon collection  for everyone to have the vehicle textures fixed  and LightBars

    Why should we add it? - because in game, some people complain that the light bars on some police cars are pink and black and some cases come up as errors on the car skins.

    What are the advantages of having this? -  will improve gameplay but will show the cars what people are riding in and not show errors signs for everyone. which sometimes makes it look a bit hobble 

    Who is it mainly for? - Everyone

    I personally feel that Dredgen would be a great Lieutenant and a great addition to PD command. Once he gets higher up in PD, he would be good at holding his own trainings.
