Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum): I believe I could earn the rank of Trial moderator for I am active on the game at early hours where people may still be asleep and others might be trying to get away with stuff. I also love to see people have fun and hate to see others ruin by doing something their not supposed to. I have been in some of these cases, but I believe being in them will help me become a better staff for I know what the people trying to RP feels like. I do admit I have never staffed on a Garrys Mod server, but I am willing to put the work needed into it. I understand that it takes a lot of work to get things done, but I would never give up on making it through the hard times to see the good. I have played on this server when it was on the Rockford map and I know a lot of the people on there so I am confident in handling with a lot of them.
How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: I would handle this with a gag at first that way there I can talk to see if they can calm down. If they still do it and its in chat I would mute them. I would then try to get them to calm down first before talking to them. If the situation continues to escalate I would try to get someone with more experience to help. That way I know how to handle it next time it happens. I would try to take it easy on them if they are new, but if they are an older player, I would probably take it up since they should know the rules.
