No where in your clip does it show Carjaxx handing anyone a weapon I do believe that class spawns with the gun but I could be wrong if you also look it was Yates car he was probably shooting it as someone else was in it that wasn't him.

What did the player do: I was playing on the server when I noticed Carjaxx hand a gun to someone, the player then proceeded to attempt to rdm another player in a vehicle, you can hear Carjaxx laugh profusely at this like it was the funniest thing in the world to him, it wasn't funny.

What do you believe should happen to the player:
I believe that Carjaxx should be warned as he provided the weapon that caused the whole situation, and was laughing at it, many players have warned me about Carjaxx and that he likes to encourage new players to go and commit rdm for his own amusement, hoping he gets none of the blame.

Hi, firstly this isn't a targeted thread I am just mentioning the biased nature of the administration team letting Galaxy get away with jokes about tragic events, I simply do not think it's fair that I got warned for a false report and he gets away with it, even though evidence was provided. Secondly how is this revenge? If anything you are targeting me with these bold claims, like I stated previously I'm mentioning the biased nature of the administration team, it's something that needs to be addressed and not merely swept under the rug.

As you may know I got falsely warned for "tragic events" which resulted in a permanent ban, I have had no screenshots provided to me showing me that I said such things. However someone who did joke about tragic events was Galaxy, and he has been allowed to roam free unpunished, how is this fair? Especially when evidence was provided (will be provided again).
Many administrators also saw the admin bias that took place in the clip and stated that it was very "odd" and "lacked professionalism" which I happen to agree with.
Nothing has appeared to be done about this situation hence why I am creating this admin report, I also have clips of him not taking my administration sit properly or professionally whatsoever, whenever I try and talk to an admin about this situation in detail in private messages I get left on read (yes BruceyBoyo I'm referring to you!) It lacks professionalism and shows a deep level of incompetence and is generally childish.
I feel as if Galaxy shouldn't be let off the hook with this as he made jokes about the September 11 attacks on the twin towers (9/11) which is insensitive and unprofessional, this is important as Galaxy is a member of staff in this community and deals with lots of people, his actions could seriously offend and hurt other players feelings (not mine personally) but others who are sensitive to certain subjects, this can be very dangerous.
What I would like to happen: Galaxy to be punished/warned and write a statement why he made insensitive jokes about a terrorist attack and for me to have my false warning removed.
Question: if I bought a warning wipe does that mean I'd be unbanned from permanent? Asking for a friend.
Evidence #1- jokes about 9/11 + bias admin sit + bribing attempt
Evidence #2 - Not taking the admin sit seriously (please actually listen properly before jumping the gun in the comment section, he swears at me first.) Not once did I swear back at him.

Literally got more evidence of your bias taking place, stop trying to evade the situation you know you messed up. Also you just admitted that the sit was funny, so you weren't taking the sit seriously to begin with?

Galaxy has also made a joke about tragic events, kind of ironic as I got falsely warned about something like that? if you skip to (1:20) you will hear it and at (1:30) he falsely accused someone for being Jit From Atlanta when that was not the case.

+support I have to agree with everything stated above, Galaxy has done this to many players I have witnessed it first hand, you can clearly see in the video that he admits being bias (1:40) I believe that Galaxy shouldn't be allowed to take sits from his friends in the future and should receive a warning too. Also at (3:15) on the video you can see Galaxy attempt to bribe Caz, saying he'll give him 500K to "compensate" and then also said he would give him an additional 500K on top of that

Reason for Ban: 40th Warn
Dispute: I was falsely warned by many administrators, one of which is called Galaxy and he has been caught warning people without valid reasonings and is seriously biased against people who are not in his "DD Crew" I find it to be absolutely ridiculous. I would like to be unbanned because I enjoyed my time on the server, got evidence of Galaxy being bias - I believe this shows a level of unprofessionalism and he wasn't taking the sit seriously, he started to disrespect me.

I respect your point Carjaxx. I am seeing a lot of people copy and pasting, I assume the administration team are getting their friends to type support while copy and pasting a very low effort response, doesn't seem right to me, and MiniEpic how did I "harrass" you? I did no such thing that is false and you know it.

Which tragic event did I bring up? I adverted something about PD in-game, alot of those warnings were from years and years ago (go check the warns if you don't believe me) i was playing the server to have fun and make some content etc, I feel as if half if those warnings were false and put upon me due to administration bias + power trips, I can name one admin in particular who did this, his name is Galaxy. I have witnesses and clips of these occurrences too. I believe that I deserve another chance to show that I can play the game properly, I would usually build a hobo base or something.
