*Agreed with the fact that it may attract more people to donate and play as royal guard. A lot of people donate for the use of a lightsaber but it could add just that extra bit of interest to the job class.
* This would allow for diversified event planning for the regiment. the officers opting to use some of these troopers during events, and as a reward for those in the regiment that are doing well.
*This allows for other regiments that are a part of IPO, but may want to do other things or guard other areas during events, such as DT, to do those things without feeling spread too thin.
I have been wanting something like this for a while, but I didnt think it would ever happen. Some days, I just want to use a blaster, but with the current loadout in royal guard, that is virtually impossible without joining another regiment.
This would be a great addition for RG, it will bring a lot of new people to join RG and looking forward to this new sub-branch being added.

3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch?
I Honestly Love Shock snice I had joined this server, Its been one of my first battalions I had ever joined but never resigned, Second I had fun going up through the rank from an TRN to a Senior Officer in Shock. My capabilities as a Senior officer I've tried by assisting my Command Team as well as my fellow officers and Low ranking people through the best of my abilities if they had any questions or problems about a certain person. If I Had the absolute honor to become apart Shock's Command team it would be my duty to further encourage people in shock to have more activity and have a great time in the battalion and having my battalion be respectful to all others. I've always tried to keep a healthy mindset when trying to enforce the server rules when I am instructing my Shock Battalion on how deal with situations and upholds the Standards for Shock.

5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch?
The main purpose of a commander is to guide, make a good example for the whole battalion, and to oversee the battalion on what they are doing making sure they don't break any server rules or being a minge on the job. As the Commander for the branch you are responsible for the activity which includes NCO/Officers/Command officers making sure they are always following the chain of command and meeting quotas so that the battalion can also maintain that the activity and make sure the roaster is always up to date. A Commander must prevent any of their members to disrespect other battalions and breaking the Server rules at all cost, and make some good relationships with the Commanders from different battalions.
6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? :
I feel I can be Trusted with this position is because, I've been a Trustworthy person throughout my shock career, I had always been respectful towards other people and always kept it professional during serious situation such as, RDM, RDA, False sits etc. I wish that I can prevent people getting harassed or bullied due to being shock battalion, I've always reported people to their Command team of the battalion that this person is disrespecting the shock battalion and the person to make sure they are getting the proper punishment they deserve. I will make it my duty to Oversee the whole battalion to make sure they aren't abusing any power they have if they are doing I will be removing them Immediately from the shock job. The most important thing is to always make more friends ensuring they are having a good time on the server and making your self known throughout the whole server and always make sure that Shock is Following the SOP and rules.

Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (Can be any length): The reasons why I deserve this rank is because I've been on this sever everyday and have been really active. I've been on this server for nearly 2 months, I understand the rules of the MOTD and I would enforce them as we the people that play the server do not like minges, and etc. I want everyone on the Imperial RP Server to have fun and have an enjoyable experience on the server and I would recommend people to play on this server as I had a good and really fun experience. But when it comes to me being on the Staff job there are situations that can be serious, But I have to be Professional and be Serious when being dealing with a Situation if I'm not sure or I have trouble with something I can always call my higher ups to help me out in the Situation that I am in.
How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: First I will maintain my composure while In a sit and Ask him to be quiet. Second, I will give the person to explain Why he was Mass RDMing, but if him/her Keeps on Cursing me out I would have to gag/mute the person and if I had the evidence of the person Mass RDMing I would request for an Admin to help me out and give out a Harsher Punishment to him/her, snice me being a Trail moderator I don't have the power to kick or ban people.

I believe I joined this server on August 24, 2022 I've been in this server ever snice never left. Staff and other people were nice to me when I had first join the server, and I love the activity and sims that they do on this server.
Why do you feel that you deserve the position of officer?
I feel like I can do a Wonderful job as an Officer. The Reason why I say this is because, I love to respect and treat people equally and I give respect and my full undivided attention for the people I work for in the Shock job. I want to be a good Example to other people that want to join shock and grow our numbers. And Snice I've gained the Experience while on the Shock job, and I always Listen to my higher ups and they order me on what to do. To put this into Consideration I've been on as much as I can to show Devotion and dedication that I have for the Battalion that I'm working In to show that I am the right person for this.
Why do you feel you can be trusted to hold this position?
For the time I was in Shock I know everyone around me especially my peers know I can be Very Trustworthy and uphold the Standards to be a Shock officer. I have been able to find the answers for others troopers through the best of my abilities. I know there have been mistakes ever snice I became a Shock member but I can always Learn from past experience and I can always Better myself and learning what mistakes I did and never do them again. I feel like I can show other troopers that shock Is a good Battalion and show them the ropes on what they can do In shock and this can be a good learning experience for them. I've been able to do my job as an NCO and always hit my quota for the week, from what I can tell my peers have been telling me how much an Awesome job I've been doing as an NCO, and shows that I'm the right person for this job.
If chosen, what can you add to the battalion that other applicants can't?
If I get accepted for this job, I can add a unique style for the sims that Isn't really seen as often from what I can see. Such as Capture the flag, The Flags are located in Canyon (Left Side) and Tatooine Village (near the Black market Safe zone) and this would be a good idea for a SIM. This Can be a very overwhelming activity that everyone can enjoy and have fun in. Not only I can do that, but I can Inform new people that join the server the Rules and Regulations and give them a tour around the server to show each Battalion and Sub-branch can be fun and Exciting and how serious it can be.
How active can you be?
I am very active on the Shock job. I'm always on 5 days out of the Week Mon-Friday and Sat-Sun I come home from work around 4-5PM and I'm on till 10PM
