Dispute: I was improperly banned while AFK farming @ 7:54:11 AM 12/11/2023. I was in D-block AFK while working to gain some levels since I just joined the night prior. I live alone so nobody could have jumped on my account and said anything racist that would get me banned. Last time I was on actively playing was around ~6pm-10pm yesterday 12/10/2023. Unless AFK farming while using the D-Block Farmer class is not allowed, I have no idea why I would get randomly banned while being offline, let alone for racism. This is a real shame because this is the first Gmod server I have had actual fun on since I started playing about a week ago, and somehow I get banned within a single night.

Reason for leaving: soo yeah is that time as much as i wish to stay i just cant as some of you might know i have recently joined the army which leaves me with no option other than freeing up my spot is been great i hope i have left some sort of lasting impression on anyone who i have spent a lot of time with and in general over the security branch i hope ill be able to come back sometime soon but that is left to be seen. with all of that said i wish for the server and the security branch a bright future.Mentions:

the sake of avoiding argument I will only respond this once and end with this.
I would like to remind you that this situation has nothing to do with mine or sniperz positions in gensec sniperz in this situation he was the one playing as 682 and he was the one who is an admin and that should be a lot more familiar with the MOTD so I could make the exact argument that in this situation sniperz was my peer seeing as he is staff member and I'm not. and as member of security I'm obviously aware that 682 is an incredibly dangerous SCP that would kill everything in is path that should be handled with extreme hostility but at the same time I know that in lore 682 is an intelligent being that is capable of making rational decisions so I just assumed that 682 can make the decision not to kill the person who released him and yes I will admit I didn't read all the rules regarding every single SCP for the exact reason that I never play on any of them das I don't see why me as a player who is not a staff member and that almost never plays on any hostile SCPS and that breaches a few of them once in a while on D-CLASS should have all of their rules memorized -
I would first like to start by apologizing for my actions in the clip and yes I was in TS with sniperz when this occurred but I would also like to say that I wasn't fully aware that 682 absolutely has to kill every player he comes across including the one that has breached him I just assumed that sniperz as a high ranking staff member would know what he should do/what would be allowed and not allowed to do while on 682 and based of what I'm reading here the responsibility in this case should fall upon the player playing as 682 in this case to FOLLOW the rules for 682 there's no rule stating that a player that is breaching 682 should make sure that he gets killed by him (what am I supposed to do ask him to kill me?) nor any rule stating that I as d-class cannot breach 682 even if they my friends regardless I would still like to apologize and that future reference ill make sure that the SCP I breach follows the rules for that specific SCP

Just to clearfiy there's only two CCs on the whole server with the cloaking swep which is btw a nerfed version of the regular swep and it was confirmed that no one will never be able to get the cloak swep for CC again nerfed version or not so i don't really see the point in the suggestion in the first place + (SMT has already confirmed that CCs already have the cloak swep wouldn't be getting their swep removed)

Why should you retain your rank (Command ONLY | 100+ words): I believe I should retain my rank because I have been in security for over year now helping in whatever ways I can if that leading new enlisted as an NCO or as a command promoting deserving gensec members hosting PTs helping mentor new NCOs and command members and much more I plan on staying to help improve this branch helping out new/low command members by mentoring them helping them with any questions or concerns they might have and assisting HCMD in whatever ways I can I believe that with the experience I have gathered over my very very long time gensec that I will be able to do just that and generally make this branch better glory to security I'm here for the long run and good luck to all of our new command members

I would like to also mention that kevlar has talked with snar quite recently regarding neutral CCs and how they should be handled and they agreed that they would stay just spawn on surface instead of in the facility

Reason for Report: so currently there is a neutral cc called nobody that spawn on surface but at the same time there is another d-class cc with the same model called the unknown now the owner of the unknown cc as well as a few other member of the unknown cc have been pretending to be the nobody cc by doing this they have lied to staff members to get their spawn position changed to outside of d-block and they gave been going around the map telling people that they are neutral cc when they are in fact a d-class cc and disrupting role play by doing so now this isn't the first time something like this happened the first time was a few months the situation was handled in game by a staff member and their spawn was changed back to d-block but as of last night they have decided to pretend to be the nobody cc again and possibly gotten their spawn position changed again I would for the model of their cc to be changed if possible as well as some form of punishment to be delivered to the owner of the unknown cc
