There is 0 detail/effort and the whole entire application in total is maybe one sentence long.
The last sentence needs you to explain what you would do in that situation, not just the punishment.
Make it better, and I'll think about changing my support to positive.

Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (Can be any length): I love the people and the community as a whole and want to help better it anyway I can, I am very active and I believe if I learn how to do this I could be a great trial mod. I don't let emotions get in the way of anything and I can keep a cool head if things do get heated between people. I . I am very understanding and will always try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt untill evidence says otherwise. I always respect my higher ups and always will try to ask questions so there is no real confusion when doing a job. After becoming trial mod I would try to climb up the ranks on staff as I do rp wise, so I wouldn't be done after just trial Moderator. Since I started on this server I have always been hard working and motivated to do better and have always felt welcomed by everyone, I wish to do the same as a Tmod and help the server more.
How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: I would freeze the person on top of the ship and Try to calm the situation and everyone down if they are uncooperative would most likely gag them, see what happened from both perspectives ask if anyone has any recordings and finally check logs, and if found guilty give them RDM/RDA (Mass RDM/RDA) - Formal Warning + 5 day Ban. I don't think trial mod can ban so I would have to ask a higher up to assist me.

There is a sole reason this man... Snubster... is recognized as the Voice of the 501st. (It ain't because he yells). Because he is the most passionate person (that I have witnessed) in the 501st regiment! I feel that given the rank of Vice Commander, he will not only succeed but excel to the stars! He has not only show time and time again his leading skills, Willingness to help the community, but also His determination and resolve for the community he loves and cares for very much. Snubster you have been the best mentor a fellow player could ask for and I know that you would lead the 501st through what ever challenge it may ever face. For this I give you my unconditional Support.

This can and would be helpful
But there are also cons to this
+ people would save time to go back to a location if they die
- people with tac inserts may feel that this is unfair that they payed money for that reason and others will not.
I personally do not have it, but people with it may feel that it is unfair I think this should go into careful consideration just becuase tac inserts have almost the same concept and purpose of the Defibs

Why Do You Want to Become an Officer? [100+ Words]
I want to become a Officer to help the 501st grow and strive. I have consistently continued to hit my quotas and above for the 501st to grow stronger. I would like to rank up to be able to continue ranking up with all of my friends that I have made in the 501st. I would make sure that no one minges or misbehaves to try to keep the 501st in its best possible strength, becoming an officer would allow me to be able to do more for the 501st such as training, sims and more. The 501st has a huge reputation for being one of the best battalions and I would want to help continue that reputation forever. Being the biggest legion in th community becoming an officer would be an incredible accomplishment for me.
How could you assist the 501st Command with this rank? [75+ Words]
Becoming a Officer allows you to train and do sims on top of doing tryouts, I would try to do these often to try and keep the battalion growing not only in numbers but also experience.
I would do my best to make sure that the lower ranks are having a great time while also being able to behave while doing so. I would also make sure that the 501st is always thought of as one of the best battalions. I would make sure the lower ranks would hit thier quota and continue to be the most serious legion that it is.

I could bring Communication skills ( I think I can talk to people pretty well) I am also good with working with others and problem solving as well as being able to talk and have a civil discussion with people
