    Why do you want to become the commander of this branch?

    Well in truth as i've said before 501st was the first battalion i ever joined, i tried joining other battalions like naval, 69th and shock but it just never felt right for me and i always just came back to 501st and thats because i just click right in place in 501st and the reason for that was the people within 501st. but i want to be able to help out so much more than i can as an officer. a vice commander just has so much more of an active role than i do currently and although im grateful for the postings i have today i want to go to bigger and better things. i think that the first thing people see when they join a regiment is the command team and with us being some peoples first regiment i hope to guide and mentor them to greatness wether it be in 501st or somewhere else.

     

    How much time do you have on the server?

    978:08 according to my battle metrics, almost all of them on 501st.
     

    What is the main purpose for the commander of a branch?

    The commander of a brach has many duties but that does not mean they aren't some of the most important tasks someone can do within a battalion they hold a weekly meeting for the battalion to be constantly informed on whats happening and to hand out promos to dedicated officers NCO's and enlisted, keeping 501st's activity strong with enough NCO's to have a constant stream of new members and enough officers to keep them for a long time with sims and trainings. they also create bonds with other battalions and keep them strong taking any issues with members of the battalion from them and dealing with it in a calm and professional manner. a vice commander also needs to communicate with senior officers and sub battalion leads Helping them with anything they may need or putting forward their update ideas to HC And helping getting them approved.

     

    Why should we trust you to become a Vice commander?

    Well i think i've already gained the trust of my fellow 501st simply through my actions and i've been trusted with quite a few higher positions within sub battalions in my early days i was one of the longest serving senior engineers and before that a senior heavy then i was invited to ARC Where i became an ARC assistant lead and am now the ARC Lead along with reaching the rank of COL and this has shown me at least the basics of how to lead and command troopers. the things i've been within 501st have all needed a great amount of trust and not once have i broken that trust, and i dont intend on doing any different once i reach Vice commander i intend to keep the trust i already have within 501st and keep it going no matter what in essence 501st is where i belong and i would never break the trust i have with its members

     

    How often can you be online?

    3-4 days a week for 3-6 hours a day usually

     

    Do you have any warnings and if so what for?

    I have no warnings on the server nor strikes in 501st

    Well in truth its because i love 501st, 501st was the first battalion i ever joined and i've stuck with it through and through always attempting to assist others wherever i can. i've tried joining other branches and other battalions but i always find myself coming back to 501st, i think its because its full of the people that constantly bring me back to the server if it wasn't for 501st i dont think i would still be on the server and never would of reached the rank i am now. Over my time in 501st Its allowed me to gain alot of the leadership experience and problem solving skills i hold onto today, i'll say my dedication to 501st is endless and becoming a vice commander of my favorite battalion and being able to assist everyone should they be new or old in 501st would be a blessing and a honor.

    What is the main purpose of a commander for a branch?

    A commanders tasks vary from day to day and could be for example holding meetings and handing out promotions to exemplary NCOs enlisted and officers during meetings, writing up balancing and getting HC approval for a battalion update, updating roster, checking on the activity of the battalion and ensuring its in a healthy state, keeping up the battalions reputation while forging bonds with other battalions however i think the main purpose of a commander is to keep the battalion together, dealing with removing those no longer fit for the battalion, communicating with sub branch leads and assistant leads and moving their concerns up to HC, on the same point they are the line between the battalion and HC And must always update them on what the battalion is currently trying to accomplish and what it needs. When you are in a command position you must be the face of your regiment and deal with any issues should they be from inside your battalion or come from another.

     

    Why should we trust you in the role of a commander?

    within 501st I'm already trusted by those above and below me both for my dedication to 501st and my ability to complete the tasks assigned to me and due to this i have been awarded both the rank of COL and ARC Lead i brought ARC Through one of the best periods of my time on the server however little that may be compared to others, i've earned the respect of those within 501st and that has taken a long time to do but i think its all worth it. i've seen and heard what to do and not to do within a commander position. i always make an attempt to be as friendly and approachable with any issue anyone may have and always willing to listen to and apply any criticism given to me. i always remain calm no matter the situation and never let any anger get the best of me as such allowing me to improve the 501st's reputation even further than it already is.

     

    How often can you be online?

    I will admit recently due to real life issues and then technical issues my activity has suffered however i fixed all of them so i can be on at least 3-4 days a week

     

    Do you have any warnings if so what for?

    I have no warnings within the server nor strikes in 501st

    Really? You miss the people you blatantly disrespected and name called for having an opinion they felt strongly about?


    Here’s your actual issues

    1. You have an incredible ego and when you get your feelings hurt you lash out on people and proceed to hurl insults. 
    2. You constantly lie about what you did wrong or try to minimize what you did wrong. 
    3. Every time you have appealed it has been a consensus that you are not welcome back, the writing is on the wall move on. 
    4. You stuck your nose in everything as if your some executive authority on how people should behave on the server, which is ironic because you are basically blacklisted and have no right to have an opinion on what anyone does or thinks on the server. 
    5. I don’t know who you talked to about your behavior but I’m assuming you skipped a few people, also the promise “I will be a positive aura on the server” is so ridiculous what do you think you are? Some sort of savior?

    6. This point is important to this whole situation, you expressed how you don’t want to return in the past which leads me to believe the community you left GL for realized the same thing we did, that you are an incredibly toxic person.

    7. Your attempts to get unbanned on other GL servers is an obvious indication your trying to manipulate people into helping you get unbanned on Imperial.

    Sure you apologized to Igneous but what about the other 30 or so people who you called braindead, retarded, etc. I don’t think you realize that’s why you got banned not because Igneous was offended but because you basically attacked the entire Imperial community with insults.

    I don't be leave he has any ill intentions into saying stuff like this I believe he is just trying to get control of the situation and personally I think he is going about the complete wrong way 

    if you got Senor Admin and new players / newer staff see the Senior Admin / AHGM saying stuff like "Will you all stop crying or else your gonna get muted" isn't a very good look for you both as "an example for other's to look up to" and as a staff member 

    Both as a member of Low command that has had you oversee the IC battalion and me watching your actions as a Nova CMDR and a Senor CMDR your leadership quality's are poor to say the least 

    because when you were the nova CMDR you went on this crusade to try and get 100 command loggings in a month and you made nova attend them so in result nova didn't feel like flagging up for nova because they didn't want to keep doing sims. that and you would constantly make changes to IC without contacting ANY of the command team about your changes and just implement them the changes that come to mind with what I'm talking about is the IC protocols and the VCMDR apps being opened. with the VCMDR apps being opened what you did is you said LMK when you want us to open them than like 48 hours later you opened them without contacting anyone and when I asked you about it you said "well open them and if someone is a bad VCMDR well just remove them".

    Although my time in medical was a short one i remember sharky as a good person with a lot of maturity and dedication to medical who was always willing to help and has clearly grown over their time in medical the only thing I could say is that it could be a little longer

    Shy has always been SO SO SO persistent in any path they have tried to follow and to me that is as admirable as anything else that would qualify someone for this position. Not only that, Shy is respectable and a really cool down to earth person overall if you really get to know them.     + Representing the battalion, ARC is what many members strive to become, however when one finally gets inducted into ARC, other than passing the trainee phase, there is not much progression. Do not get me wrong, it is a privilege to be even selected for training; nevertheless, adding a black-ops element into ARC would undoubtedly motivate members of both within the ARC sub-battalion, and the 501st as a whole. In addition, I believe there are many members in the ARC group deserving much more, their abilities and willingness could contribute greatly to the black-ops community.
