    Any extra information: I was not obstructing justice whatsoever the cop just got his feelings hurt with what was being said he shoots a tazer so he cant even shoot another when i run up to the scene the first time then im out the way enough to where im not obstructing.

    Additional: Bro got mad he couldnt hit a man in front of him and instead took his anger out on me standing still just so he could feel like he had power over the situation

    Two wrong's don't make a right. Should of reported him for breaking the rules instead of breaking them your self. If you have proof he broke the rules I would suggest you make a forums post against him.

    so how do i win in this situation because from where i look at it i lose every time i go to jail i call staff they ask for proof that i had a gun out i cant provide that so i sit in jail for prob 8 years i go to the forums to report them they ask for proof i cant provide any still got fucked or i do what i did and leave so i dont have to sit in jail for a cop that tazer rushed me. in no situation do i come out with anything but a punishment either from staff or sitting in jail

    doing the right thing is to just sit back and take it im just tired of it this stuff happens way too much and the cops just go jail hungry and will up sentences for no reason

    Why do you think this warn was false: I was running from a cop with a glock 18 out the cop rounds the corner around the dealership into the dark ally and tazes me i tell him i have a gun before he places cuffs on me and still puts the cuffs on so i say louder into my mic asking if he can hear me i tell him again that i had a gun out the cop had no respect for me and just said he didnt see a gun out so he takes me to jail and i tell him that i had a gun out again he asks for a recording and my computer doesnt have enough ram to have a recording going and Gmod so i say no and he basically tells me tuff luck the cop was being a prick so when he starts to drag me i type retry into my consol and my computer freezes so i cant get back on in time to dispute the warn some people are gonna say well just go in jail and then call a admin yet i still get fucked either way i shouldnt have to sit in jail for someone else breaking the rules then to be warned for it while they are able to get away scott free is ridiculous how are you gonna protect the people that cant record or just dont want to we just get fucked over and over again by pricks abusing their power and wanting to ruin other players days when all they were doing was roleplaying.

     

    Any extra information: I just want my warn removed i feel strongly that its a flawed system that everything needs to be recorded for their to be a case and how i need footage of if i had a gun but the cops dont need to record for tazer rushing me

    +support to remove warn bro was getting taunted by hans and the sit was not handled properly zoey shouldn’t of taken the sit in the first place. Bias is not only with your family but can also be against to try and show you are unbiased you will be against your family member in the sit or you just don’t like them whatever it was zoey shouldn’t have taken it. And the taunting from hans was very uncalled for shouldn’t of happened if it’s true and would cause a explosive reaction from anyone anger issues or not. And for the spawning of the entity it’s not a big deal or should be warned for if anything jail maximum this entire situation seems a little ridiculous. I’m on phone grammar is gonna be terrible.

    Goodbye USMS it’s been a lot of fun but I want to focus on other things irl and not have to worry about being active and maintaining it

    This sit took around 30 mins in game, this honestly killed motivation from a lot of members in the game to play because of this. UMC was having a friendly point battle with SL, not to mention it has been going on for 5 hours. Beans had a gun out in the middle of a whole gun fight, there is no rdm as David did advert as everyone else did. There was no proof and UMC had no issue with this situation, it was fun and games.

    This needs to be looked into by the HoS as there was no evidence for this warn to happen. Under the staff handbook you need actual evidence to warn someone (logs could not help in this situation)

     

    Ah yes Guilty until proven innocent says the moderator. Because beans had no evidence of the rdm, its somehow David's responsibility to defend himself in a 30 min sit.

     

    Thank you for speaking out! Yes this should not have been a warn, however from this we know you did not get the full story or understood what happened, why warn David?

    - UMC was mugging a SL member out of fun sport, Beans was apart of it and as you said he had a gun out. So from this you posted screenshots of the logs, we assisted perfectly and we defended our family member, thats roleplay. There is no rdm from that situation to give out a valid warn

    - Uber Eats delivers faster than police, you have a right under the second amendment to save your family member from a mugging quickly, you can be arrested after and be charged/ticketed with illegal weaponry if you have it.

     

    Logs showed nothing actually, it showed you guys were mugging an SL member and we adverted back to defend them. Logs are not liable here

    I can't say for sure they are edited but they don't show a lot of context most times the clips I was sent are untitled montage up to j turn god so you can view them for yourself as all the medal clips are public

    - support In the clip we can see Foo standing on top of a police car with another officer most likely talking about the banned people and we then see a panic go off so they hop in their cars and start responding while they were pulling away Foo started a remark to say "snow can suck my fucking aeugh" where he cut it off realizing that you were there. I don't believe this has anything to do with gender and that it was an ending remark to the conversation they were having. Should Foo have been talking behind your back no but Foo was being told some stuff by the other PD members who know what they said to him that would cause a reaction like that. Nothing in this clip leads me to believe that  Foo wanted you to do what he said and instead, he said it as an insult so I think a ban, in this case, would be too much.

    that's my bad i should've been more specific i was talking about the part where SNR Peter says that he should've moved to the side for a cop i don't see anyone do that  for cops
