Why should you be promoted (150 words Minimum):

I believe that I should be a member of PD Low command because I am a good leader and trainer. I have been a supervisor in PD for a very long time and I have been in PD for a very long time. I am also an FTO in Rockford EMS and as FTO I train people on a regular and I know how to properly train people and help people get the ropes of a department. I am not only just a good trainer and FTO I am also a good & responsible leader. I am a member of EMS command and I know how to handle lower ranks and be a good role model for the enlisted. I also should be PD Low command because I am a member of staff which means I know how to deal with people who are un-cooperative, just yelling and me, and have no intent to roleplay.

What you want to see? - Spike strips added to EMS LT+

Why should we add it? - People keep illegally driving into our driveway.

What are the advantages of having this? - Prevents people from ramming into EMS vehicles, which in turn would increase EMS response time.
