    What leadership experience do you have?:

    I have many experiences of leadership with this community and outside the community. These experiences are some of the least experiences I have and have gained many more experiences and ideas while being a officer in the Imperial Naval.

    Why do you want to be a Pyke Officer? (100 word minimum):

    I have been on the server at least for 2 hours each day on Pyke and the Naval job, I've been seeing the lack of raids and simulation going on while I am on, I believe if I become officer I can help fix the issue with no raids or simulations going on while I am on and try to get Pyke activity up during down hours around 3:00 PM EST - 5:00 PM EST. If I become officer I want to assist the Pyke with growing in the community, Help suggest new things that could benefit roleplay and much more that is why I want to become an Enforcer.

    I should be entrusted with the rank of Pyke Enforcer due to my great dedication to both the community and the Pyke Syndicate. My experience across different servers and ranks, spanning over three months within the community, I bring knowledge and experience to the table. My commitment to the Pyke Syndicate is resolute, as I want to enhance roleplay opportunities for both Imperials and Pykes. Through activity and more raids/fun things to do, I aim to assist the Pyke Syndicate to grow more than it has and to have as many members as the Pyke Syndicate.

    What have you done for Security Officers? I have done with Security Officers to inform people about the chances they may have with joining SO, I have also helped out everyone within SO. 

    What have you done for Shock/Death Troopers? I have done for Shock/Death Troopers host tryouts for both, Hosting simulations, help with Shock Troopers and Death Troopers.

    What can you bring to Security Officers, Shock, and Death Troopers in the event you are accepted for this position? In the event that I am accepted into the Security director position, I will help post assignments for other SO weekly, Help with the relations with Shock Troopers and Death Troopers., and show my activity if accepted as a Deputy Director and represent Security Officers.  

    Why should you be trusted with this position? I believe you should trust me with this position because I would like to put work in for the Security Officers even more as I am doing as a SO. You should trust me because I am dedicated to the community as a Naval Officer and I wish to help the Navy out with recruiting more Security Officers and Naval.  

    What is the job of a Security Deputy Director? Lead Security Officers making sure they are following all the regulations, Maintaining activity within SO, Coordinating events with Shock, DT, Naval, and SO, Post Weekly Assignment, Host the Security Officer Meeting weekly if Director is absent, and assist the Director and any other Security Officers for what they need. 

    Do you understand that if you receive a strike you will be stripped of this rank? Yes.

    ^ I also would like to add to this that would be cool is for Pyke to have the Slicer tool to also be able to slice open the TL lasers and for any engineers to be able to repair it with pairs instead of just a normal teleporter. 

     

    + Support

    - I believe there is many more things Tank and any other engineers could do for RP, and would help with moving to a more semi-serious server.

    What do you want to see?: In the Inventory either like a delete all that deletes all of them and you don't have to select it and delete or like you hover your mouse over the ones they select and you can delete them

    Why should we add it?: Much easier to get rid of the gear we don't want. 

    What are the advantages of having this?:

    Better access to doing this so people don't miss out on getting better gear.

    What do you want to see?: 

    ISD Shields - For example like the charging console, with Status of shields, and buttons like "Recharge Shields", "Power Up Shields", " Power Down Shields " ( As well during auto events have them be able to damage the shields. 

    Hyperspace Console - Have a console where there would be button like "Powering Up Hyperdrives", " Charge Hyperdrives", " Initiates Hyperdrives " 

    Status: More range of status around the ship with a holo-table or a console that shows the status of the Ship, Like " Main Hanger Bay % 95 " etc for the ship and be able to dispatch repair units or engineers to that location to repair it. 

     

    Why should we add it?:  More options for the ISD, With showing more roleplay that can be given. 

    What are the advantages of having this?: More roleplay behind it instead of having to /roll

    What was the reason for your ban (if you know it)? Someone sent a Apprentice Tag request in the main discord, I said Wrong discord and put the Discord GL ImperialRP Server link and got auto banned by the bot. 

    Why do you deserve to be unbanned? All I was trying to do was assist someone, instead of getting banned.

    Why do you wish to become a Senior Officer?

    I wish to become a Naval Senior Officer because I have a deep passion for the Imperial Navy. As a Senior Officer, I would have the opportunity to lead a team of Naval, ensuring the success of our naval missions. I believe that my leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to make quick decisions under pressure make me a good candidate for Senior Officer.  Additionally, I am committed to upholding the rules of the Imperial Navy. I also understand the importance the Imperial Navy has on the ISD and Lothal. As a Senior Officer, I would be able to assist with Naval Promotions, Naval Roleplays, Naval Flag-ups, and overall someone there to be able to lead the Navy as a Senior Officer. Furthermore, I see the role of a Naval Senior Officer as an opportunity to contribute my past experience and leadership skills to the current Imperial Navy. By serving in a senior position, I would be able to participate in meetings, and decision-making. Overall, This is why I wish to become a Senior Naval Officer.

     

     

    What are the duties of a Senior Officer?

    The duties of a Senior Officer are to host training/tryouts/simulations, Create more flag-ups, Enforce the Imperial Navy Rule & Regulations to make sure everyone is acting accordingly, Answering questions from lower ranks, Assigning sector assignments if I am the highest on, Certifying people for Naval Tryout Certs, and Help relay orders from Command to lower ranks.

     

    How will you assist the battalion as a Senior Officer?

    As a Naval Senior Officer, I will assist the Navy by hosting Joint Training with other battalions. I will host Naval Tryouts everyday, planning future events like Naval Missions or Trainings.  Hosting events more often will increase the activity of Naval as well as day-to-day operations with ID patrols, Console Checks,  Ordering Supplies,  ATC Management, and much more duties. While all Navy have assignments I would make sure everyone in the Navy is not breaking any rules and keeping professional while making sure they are doing their assignments.  

     

    What qualifies you to be a Senior Officer?

    Somethings that qualifies me to be a Naval Senior Officer is I display knowledge of the NCO Guides, Naval SOP, I show positive attitude to everyone, I show good communication skills, and leadership skills, I understand all the rules and regulations required of me, and I show professionalism while on duty, and show my dedication to the Imperial Navy.

    - "And?" Huh?

    Honestly, I believe you application could use some work, This application kind of looks like you rushed the application putting no time, effort, or thought into it. As well, I believe there is a decent amount of grammar mistakes in there explaining that the application needs more thought placed into it. I believe that believe I believe with more time and effort put into this application it would look more presentable.
