    I believe that the phone is good as it is right now, I don't thig that changes should be made to it even if it is for a little change like to show members from other departments on who is connected and who is not.

    I have to agree that it looks nice but in terms of processing a criminal is going to take more time to do so if police as they are right now are taking like 10 or even 15 minutes to process a criminal, I don't want to imagine how much is going to take to do such task for the police of the server. also is going to take more time in terms of organization as well as is going to be more confusing for people to use that is why this post is receiving my -Support.

    I disagree things are very well balanced as they are right now there is a reason for why there are criminals if they don't get to rob you after they kill you and get all your belongings then there is no reason for being a criminal, they would not even be able to rob your weapons and so that is why I -Support this post.

    Vertigo is one of the best High Commands that I have interacted with he has been on the High Command team for a while now and I believe he could do a good job as the newest member of the Senior high Command team he was the first person I interacted with on the server since I joined the 12/27/21 last year he was the one that showed me the ISD and what to do I enjoy being with him is fun to be with and is committed to do grate changes and he is capable of that and more I know it 100% Vertigo buddy you have my undescribed support you deserve that position for the amount of time that you have been on the server and the effort that you have put in to make the IQ battalions a better place to be in keep it up mate I believe in you!!!

    Why do you want to become the position of Field Commander?:

    I want to become the position of Field Commander | High Command position because I have good leadership I know how a High Command ranks works as well as I am the Head GM which is technically a High Command position not RP but work the same as how a RP High Command would I have experience making changes as well as adding things to make the battalion a much better place to be in and I think that me as a High Command member can achieve that. I have a lot of ambition but in the good way and I’m willing to do what I can to be useful to the High Command and Senior High Command team as well as to help the other battalions and lower ranking command members even so if you are from another branch those not means that you will be limited to only that branch you will try to help as much as you can as well as to be as useful as you can to other people I have been wanting to be part of the High Command team for a while and for me it will be a big achievement on this server as well as it would make me happy to help if I get accepted to be one more member of your High Command team I have learned a bunch since I got to this server as well as since I got the rank of Vice Commander | GM High Command | and JMT I have achieved a lot on this server but being able to be a RP High Command member would be a really cool thing as well as I would be able to do more for this beautiful server and the people that play on it and comes to have fun and get good memories in it.
     

    What is the biggest thing you would bring to IQ High Command?:

    The biggest thing that I can bring to High Command is a lot of player activity a lot of RP I would make sure that players on the server are having a good time as well as with the High Command position that I have on the GM team I can do more as I could bring new experiences as well as more fun and better events with more RP and realism for the players to experience I’m willing to listened and get more petitions since me being as well as RP High Command can give me an opportunity to experience new things as well as do good changes for the RP side as well as for the GM side it would be a blast if I could be the Field commander the amount of content and RP that I would give to the players of the server would be immense that is the vision that I got of me being the Field Commander. with me being a the Field Commander I can look for different ways as well as new forms to give more contend in this case RP for the players to enjoy new Ideas new things to add new things to experience and so it goes I would consider this as a big opportunity to improve on the GM team as well as to improve on the RP and get the battleMetrics on the server to increase and my goal is to get to 1st place and I’m willing to put my efforts in doing so those are the biggest thing that I would bring to the High Command team as well as the entire server.

         What is the purpose of a Field Commander?:

    The purpose of a Field Commander | High Command is to Oversee the lower ranking command members which in this case are Vice Commander, Commander, Senior Commander, as well as to make sure that the branches are good in this case there are assignments that obviously a High Command will have in this case for IQ there are 3 High Command members the Field Commander the High Inquisitor and The Grand inquisitor Every single one of those positions will oversee one battalion/Branch EX: Field Commander will oversee Royal Guard and it will make sure to do changes as well as to make sure the battalion is in a good position Overseeing the Command team of that branch as well as helping the other branches even though if the High Command member is not assigned to it the same goes to the rest of the positions High IQ will oversee Purge and Grand IQ will oversee Inquisitorius. Also, a High Command needs to be very active on the forums as well as be active on the Command discord is mainly like being a Vice commander but with more responsibility on their shoulders, I know how it fills I’m running the GM team with the AHGMs as well as the SGMs

    Why should we trust you to be IQ High Command?:

    I believe that I should be trusted to be a High Command member with the experience that I have being a Vice Commander for a long time as well as being the High Command of the GM team and as well as a JMT member I have never minged on the time that I have been on the server that in this case would be 13 months since December 12/27/21 giving my full services without taking an LOA|ROA I have never gotten in trouble I will say that the people that know me would say the same thing as I do not like to cause trouble but only help people as well as try to do the best I can to improve and to learn I’m willing to do my best if I get accepted to be part of the Lovely High Command team I would definitely put my heart and soul to be as good and helpful as possible.

    How often can you be active in-game?:

    I can be online as much as I can which means I can be on if there is not a family emergency or an emergency in general. from 10:00 | 11:00 am up to 2:00am.

    How often are you online on the forums?

    I'm verry active on the forum as a JMT as well as the Head GM of the server every time that I join, I hop on the Forums to see what is new as well as to deal with Accepting people or denying people or making suggestions as well as +Supporting or -Supporting.

    Why do you believe you're qualified to serve as a Forum Diplomat?

    I believe that I'm qualified to be a Forum Diplomat since I'm a calm person as well as I work professionally If I do not know something I learn instantly ask before making decisions to not commit mistakes I've been a member of this community for a long time being a Staff Member, Game Master and Vice Commander I know how things currently work and I know how to handle any type of situation accordingly.

    Would you consider yourself to have good judgement? If so, please describe a situation that required you to make a difficult decision?

    I will say that yes, If I have got to the rank of Junior Management Team is because I have good judgment as well as I know how to handle any situation accordingly, I have need it to do decisions about Bans, Formal Warnings as well as some other things within the server and my entire life everything is about judgement and decisions, as well as you need to handle everything with professionalism. If you are rude, disrespectful, not honest you will not get nowhere.

    How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming in various topics due to getting banned from one of our servers?

    I would DM the person as soon as possible to tell him to stop spamming on the forum and advice him politely as a Forum Diplomat and if the individual do not listens a punishment will be given to the individual, if the individual continues the spamming on the forums first I will hide the post. IF the person keeps being a problem what I will do is hide the post and report it to an SMT | Head Diplomat and use all the evidence I gathered during that time.

    How would you deal with a situation where two users are aggressively arguing with each other in a warning appeal?

    As a Forum diplomat In a situation like this what I would do is send a Forum Diplomat's message to let them know that on the warning appeal or on the forums there can't be any type of strong and offensive argument within the players or the people here and if they do not listen and decide to keep the argument I will lock the thread and then report it to an SMT member | Head Diplomat.

    There are various reasons as to why I believe you are undeserving of this position. I will explain these down below.

    A.) You currently have a High Command strike meaning during your time as General, you have messed up enough for it to be more than just a "Don't do this again" discussion. As a General, you have already passed the first phase of High Command and should be trusted and knowledgeable about what you do, how you do it, and everything in between. Somewhere along that line you failed and got striked. This shows me to that you still need time within this position before moving up to a higher position.

    B.) You are the newest member of Army High Command (with the exception of Hex) and as such you have less experience than General Bub and General Suns. Both of which have proven themselves as highly competent members of High Command that understand and execute their directive quickly and confidently. You have not yet proven this to me and I presume other members of the community. Being High General is more than just a playermodel and an extra 4 letters. You are directly influencing those below you -- big and small. You are looked at as an exemplary model for High and Low command members and you haven't had the time to prove yourself as such so far.

    C.) I'd like to bring back up something I just said.

    This is nothing new to you, Kio. You were a long-time command member of Nova. You should know this like the back of your hand. While serving as command of Nova you did multiple things that directly influenced the decrease of Nova activity and by extension -- how people viewed the battalion. You logged 57+ SIMs, Trainings, or Missions in a month. This had a SEVERE effect on the battalion via player retention. You had people joining...but they weren't staying. You completely and utterly destroyed the enjoyment of playing on the Nova job for Enlisted, NCOs, and Officers. They dreaded getting on the job because they feared that you would make them do one of the above activities instead of doing what they wanted - to roleplay. You were essentially trying to Kayak across the ocean but weren't patching the holes that were causing you to sink. You undermined two extremely important things. What it meant to be in Nova and What Nova did all for some brownie points and to say, "I beat someone in a competition." Beyond this, you didn't set up the Nova command team for your departure. They were severely overwhelmed once you left and have been since. They didn't know what to do. This isn't 100% your fault but ANY command member has the responsibility to properly ensure their predecessors are correctly set up for taking up the mantle. You failed to do this to a degree.

    D.) There was an instance wherein an unnamed member of the community had consistently proven themself as an exceptional command member and was more than deserving of a promotion. Myself and multiple other members of High Command wanted this person promoted however you fired back at us denouncing this person due to personal bias so much so that we had to tell you to put your bias aside.

    E.) You don't display yourself properly. You recently got warned for "Inappropriate conduct in OOC". During this time, you were serving as both a Brigadier General, Admin, and AHGM. You should have known better and that's the end of it. You shouldn't have to be warned when you're in high trusted positions. You were given each one of those positions for a reason -- because you display the characteristics of what it means to be a community representative, and you failed at being such in that moment.

    F.) When you were promoted to General, your first sentence was an undermining comment towards another High Command member. You didn't even go 1 minute without letting your ego get to you. You got promoted and immediately had this to say to a High Command member that was in their trial period.

    "Did you hear that [name]? I'm a General now...I passed my trial period."

    You SPECIFICALLY called out someone who didn't get promoted. Extremely gross behavior.


    To close, this is not a personal attack against you, Kio. This is simply just me expressing my opinion. I don't think you are ready to hold the position of High General.
