Why Do I want to be a vice commander of ST. That’s a question I can answer almost immediately, I want to show the whole server ST are not all minges. I believe that all STs can be powerful if they are treated like they are not at the bottom of the food chain, even if they are new players I want to help and show them the way to be a good trooper. Forging a minge into some RP and getting along with other battalions is also one of my many goals. Even though I am a Maj right now I still strive to make people have fun on the server and have fun on just a normal ST job. Like the old commander Grim, he changed how I viewed ST and now I want to do the same thing for the new ST or returning ST because I like meeting new people, and being a vice commander is a way I can help new players and returning players to get them comfortable by just being an ST. 4. The whole purpose of a commander for a branch is to oversee and lead that branch and show that their branch is capable of striving for greatness. Commanders have a lot of duties that come with the job. The meeting is one of them each Commanding Officer has two meetings to go to High Command and their Battalion Meeting every Saturday. Another important part of being a commander is the SOP is one of the sets of rules that the Commander and High Command. The SOP is the way a job is played and how it can be used or a Sub-branch is run by the leads, the command makes or changes the SOP. They are the only ones that can change or make a whole SOP and that by itself is a responsibility. Commanders are the head of the battalion where one mistake could change the view of the battalion even if that does not stop them from having fun with their troopers and trying to improve the battalion. Commanders are there to lead and show the way to a better life in the battalion and show people that they are appreciative of the people under them. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : Trusting your commanding officer is one of the foundations of a good battalion. I was trusted enough to lead the Shore trooper when the last one left and the vice lead left, I help bring the shore troopers out of the state where no one knew about and made the Shore troopers known. I helped people and give things away so people can have a better time on the server and I will not stop. Trust is everything to people and I will not break that trust with my man and not break the trust I have in myself because trust is everything to the people under you. Without trust, a battalion will fail and I do not want ST to fail for ST are the battalion that everyone starts no matter what you are right now you started as an ST same as me I climb up the ST rank. I work to improve the ST by doing SIM, MISSION, and TRAINING just to improve the whole battalion that people will join when they join the server. 7. I want to change how People see ST most people think ST are just there to mess around but if we can change how they see us by promoting our sub-brunches and training more and more. 8.
