    Reason for Ban: accused cheating

    Dispute: i was playing sarkic with some other member of the server and kept getting into battles with RRH i think it was CI and MTF i was running on super low fps ( around 20 ) at the time and was lagging to much to place my shots so i was just blind firing down the road into the tree line i end up hitting Cheif that is apparently cloaked in the road and im jumping around basialy quick scoping trying to not get hit by MTF bullets and return fire. 

    Cheif pulls me into an admin site and says 'why are you using cheats' i ask him for proof of me using cheats but he just completly ignores me and bans my anayways without providing any proof of me actualy using any hack such as esp or aimbot 

    i want propper proof that ive cheated and proof of me using these cheats as ive not cheated in any way

    i was requested to leave to fix my model i replied that i was getting off anyways so i left i had premmison from other staff to do it as 343 due to it being a safe class scp with no role other than to spectate 682's model was fine on my screen obviosuly it was not for others either way this isnt a post about a current ban the time expired and i was not told on a permernant ban cheif has alreayd said he is working to unban me via the way i was banned as it was a glitch during the warn system being down

    i had no idea that it said i was banned until i was informed by dump truck when he was 343 and i was 682 i contacted Diz via discord to ask about it then i tabbed back in to a ban 

    ive already waited and extra week over my ban ive not exceed the 40 warn limit and i do not intend to break my model for any purposes other than making people laugh while im on a safe class scp 

    be it in rp situations i will reconnect for them and not use the player model bug to my advantage 

    also the statment above of me being 'incredibly' hard to hit was false at that time my player model like most times would be used to the other players advantage as they would shoot me through walls and doors clipping my player model as 682.

    i have no intent to play anything but safe class scps anymore anyways causes way to many issues and i wont have any sits if i play safe class scps 

    i mainly play 343 and i or Diz have not seen any logs showing permant bans being issued to me 

    regarding your NITRP i have been roleplaying frequently mainly during what you refer to as 'off hours' also when the server is poplated i indudge in rp situations and tests as dclass secuirty NU7 sarkic sometimes CI or E11  343 682 mainly 682 was with RRH and a lot with 049 and 999.

    finnaly this wasnt here for any -supports ive already served my ban sentence and need it to be fixed

    Reason for Ban: exploiting ( breaking player model ) NITRP ( false one wasnt on there before ) NWCS 

    Dispute: i was breaking my player model but i undid what i did before and it was fixed for me but not for others so i was asked to reconnect and i said sure i was getting off
    i come back the next day and im playing like normal and Dump truck comes to me player 343 when im 682 and says what are you using to bypass your ban? i said to him im banned? i looked on the website
    it said i had a 7 day ban for a sit that i was never in and i was told nothing other than to reconnect i listened to staff in my last sit and then was banned when i asked about why the ban was there
    i waited the 7 days that was on the ban and it still says that im banned its been 2 MORE DAYS and i still cant connect ive spoken to Diz Via Discord and there is nothing showing my ban in the logs 
    also the NITRP i roleplay all the time as security during scp tests soemtimes ci and as dclass ( mostly off hours becuase time difference ) 

    im just asking to be able to play becuase my ban has already been expired on the website

    What warning did you receive:rdmx3 and homophobia 

    When did you receive this warning: during a sit for rdm i procliamed i was called a trash fag ignis disconnected pure took over they both missunderstood a comment i made saying 'dont expect to not get shanked being a homo" which they thought i was saying for being a homosexual which i meant being a homophobic im gay myself.
    ignis and pure both said to make a warn appeal

    Why do you think this warn was false: i aws called a trash fag via vc ignis missunder stood this thinking i was calling the guy who called me it a trash fag he then disconnected from the server ( ignis) and pure took over i spoke to both of them and they said it was false and i need to make a warn appeal
    ( the guy who called me a fag was auto banned not even and hour later )

    Evidence the warning is false: confirmed by ignis and when i made a staff report against pure about the warn he also confirmed it to be false

    yeah i thought this was closed already to be honest for clarification i was pissed off i got called a homophobic so i asid that in discord which i regret

    and i was saying due to the member calling me a fag dont expect me not to kill you 'him' for being homophobic towards me 

    i spoke to igninis ingame and he said it was his mistake in the first place didnt understand it like the staff above

    Just the same as we don’t allow people who claim to be black use the n word, we don’t allow gay people to use that type of language because we do not know and because it’s toxic as fuck anyways. The only thing Pure did wrong here was not issue you a ban which I believe should be fixed by SMT once they see this report.

    Edit: Didn’t realize Pure said he was already banned by auto system. Regardless, the warn was justified and necessary so my opinion above still stands.

    Seems like a minor accident, mods aren't perfect. Sometimes they make the wrong decision but thats not demotion worthy. Pure has always been a good person and is well respected, he is command in 2 branches such as RnD and Nu7 leading to him being a trusted member in the community.
