why is it that every ban appeal for racism includes the excuse of "being black" and "from the hood"? I didnt realize gmod was such a popular game for hood black kids...

+support on an overall reset on some aspects of the game that have become bloated, such as the economy and tac. not sure resetting bans would be wise since that would create a ton of work for staff to re-ban those that never intended to RP in the first place.
but overall it's sad to see how relatively dead the server is and i think some sort of hail mary needs to be done

Avg player count is by far the most important metric IMO. More people showing up = more players that end up sticking around for the long term and potentially generating server revenue. Additionally, I have way more fun on the server when there’s more people.

Jay, you’ve grown a ton since your last application and that’s really cool to see. However, I think you still have some maturing to do in two areas before you’re ready for staff:
1. Writing and communication. It’s extremely important to be able to communicate rule infractions and cite your sources; otherwise, frustrated players that don’t agree with your punishments will be more likely to escalate their disagreement or take it to the forums, and you may have trouble defending yourself. That being said, I don’t think you’re far off, because your writing is significantly better than when you first joined, so great job working on that.
2. Behavior. Although I appreciate the honesty when it comes to being “a little mingey”, you always want to put your best foot forward when applying for a position. In other words, the minginess should be at zero or near zero. This may be less important depending on how other players feel about you and if they also thing of you as an occasional mingle, but nonetheless, I think you should strive to say that you’re not a minge at all to improve your chances of acceptance.

You didn't bother to deescalate, you just took the bait and kept going, and this is really lowkey disrespect to begin with. A warn is totally unnecessary and this didn't even happen on the server, it was on Discord.

This is normal behavior for him, he typically decides his + or - support based on the opposite of what others are voting, and as you know does not actually play on PRP

Along with those 12 warnings you also have several racism bans which one is from april 5th 2023. Either you don't care about the rules or you just haven't read them. Every time I see you on the server you are disrespectful or minging around and I've had personal experiences with you being disrespectful etc. In my eyes you don't have any place in the Event Team.

you were supposed to be blacklisted per your ban page. Not sure why you didn’t stay banned but it takes a lot to get blacklisted. Personally I don’t think you should be given another chance. Take this as a learning opportunity for your next gmod community and don’t be racist to begin with.
