Why do you feel that you deserve the position of officer?
I feel I deserve the position, as I will work hard to teach our enlisted and NCOs what being shock means, and will help our recruits integrate into the battallion. As a shock officer I will make sure that every situation, training, and mission will be handled in a timely and professinal manner. I can and will be a leader who will push our battallion to be the number one unit in the community.
Why do you feel you can be trusted to hold this position?
I will make sure that mine and my fellow shocks jobs are done correctly both with regular duties and missions, and will be sure to always correct any mistakes I or others make to the best of my ability. I will also do my best to improve the outlook we have from other battallions so we can stand with our heads held high. I will also make sure that tryouts are being done and kept up with. I want to push our battllion to be the best that we can be and i want to work with my fellow shock to push us towards that goal.
If chosen, what can you add to the battalion that other applicants can't?
I will work to help us grow as a unit and will do my best to keep us together as something close to a family, and help the shock community be stronger. I will work hard to make sure everyone is both having a good time working in shock while also doing their jobs and duties. I will make sure that we are kept above our high standards that we have set, and that we will continue to grow.
