Why should you be in the Chaos Insurgency (75 word minimum)? I have a lot of time in other combative branchs, GOC and Nu7 I reacvhed NCO or higher in both. Im a low command in research and I think I would plainly be a good member of CI if added. Other than just being a decently high rank in theser toher branchs, I am good at the game. I can rdm and break many warcrimes ect, I simply wish to kill non combatents one day.

I personally have spent a long time playing on the Gaming light servers, after some time you meet almost every type of person. The ones you argue with or the ones you laugh with, I have enjoyed almost every moment of my time on the server and I would love to just help out others that are trying to have the same fun I did when I was just starting. Playing on Gaming light was a great time but the only downside was whenever someone treats others badly or is just a plain A hole and breaks every rule, Sometimes staff arent their in time and I understand that you cant be their at every moment. I as a player am extremely active and will not go 2 days without playing on the server so this wouldn't be a issue. Though I don't have any exp as a staff member I think I can make up for it with my time as a player and from the things Ive seen and dealt with. I have been called to sits many times and every time the one who ends up with a warn is not me but the person who called the sit. I am extremely good with words and can deal with most people who are angry and calm them down easily. I will be extremely unbiased and pay attention to everyone involved points and listen to them both equally without paying attention to one more than the other. I think I should be staff cause I would be active and treat everyone equally along with being able to talk to people right.

Situation Questions
[For all of these questions I am assuming in these scenarios that Im a high enough rank to be allowed to ban, kick, warn, jail, etc]
Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: After verifying that he did Mass RDM with checking Logs I would ungag them and make a few attempts to find a "valid" reason, If they don't stop swearing at me and disrespecting staff, I would warn them that if they continue they would be both punished for Staff dis and along with Mass rdm. At the end of they day Mass rdm Isn't something that can really be excused by something in any way. If the person did have a SLIGHTLY good reason for it then I would lower the punishment depending on how good the reason is.
Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him.: Depends if its a common bug that's abused, or if its just a known bug. Lets go with it being known as the choice, first of all I would ask a clip from the person who is reporting as without one their isnt really a case against the abuser. Again this also depends on how bad the bug is, if its just some tom foolery that is annoying I would probably leave the person in question with a verbal warning. If its something that is pretty mild but still bad, I would leave the person with a warning, Imo abusing bugs doesn't really have a defendable reason since you are willingly doing it.

Surface is lacking A LOT of things. Its always been the boring place where you walk around and sometimes shoot others... that's it, and its as big as Light containment zone or probably larger and almost nothing happens. This would be a fun SCP to play as and would add a abundance of RP to MTF CI and GOC. This is an SCP server so some horror like this would actually be great. Hopefully this would be a free scp locked to level 60 or 50+.

I like 914, its an intresting and fun scp in general. It will be pretty difficult to add to the server though, and will probably take quite awhile since it needs to be an original creation from the SMT or a pretty large map update to add space. Great idea... But I dont really see how it will be implemented correctly, It would take up A LOT of space and introduce a whole item drop system just for this single scp. Though dropping items itself is also good, this SCP would require alot of work from the SMT
And lets be honest, the SMT will NOT make this.

Would prefer if this was a free SCP as we dont have many, but I assume it comes in an entirely different chamber then the original 354 making it its own individual scp. It def needs a lot more hp if its only one SCP, Somewhere around 15 or 10k hp with like 5k or 2-3k armor. I would like the addition of https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2554336291&searchtext=SCP+682 more as the model since it looks more unique and different than anything else on the server and just looks really cool ngl.
I like this idea, and this scp should be in an entirely different chamber then the other 354.

Your Operations Advisor Overseer, has informed you there is a group of insurgents collecting foundation data at a field operating base on the surface. They are armed and well secured. How would you approach it? (100+ words):
First of all I would observe them for about a minute or so, gathering basic information to asses the situation. As its already known that they are gathering information my main goal is to see if they have any weaknesses, amount of men, Firepower, and if they have anything "special" with them that would be out of the norm. After studying and figuring out the basics I would start looking at their uniforms for further info, checking what orginazation they work for if any. By doing all this I would normally be able to pinpoint who and what insurgent is the "Leader" or a vital role. After studying these insurgents to the fullest in a timely manner and making sure they didn't pose a huge risk to the average MTF personnel I would call apon the closest taskforce to deal with them, if I notice any weak points or vital members I would inform them of the target.
-------------------------------There is a strange SCP that calls himself the “targeter”. When the name of another individual is said within earshot of the “targeter” the “targeter” will teleport to the individual that has had their name said, and run off. How would you suggest the foundation approach apprehension and / or termination of this individual? (100+ Words):
The containment procedure for depends on a few factors, 1. Is it aggresive in any way? 2. Can it use this teleportation willingly? and 3. Is it sentient.
BUT lets take it as face value and only look at the question.
This containment procedure is quite simple. It would require a subject preferably a D class and the information along with the factual original name of this D class given from birth. The dclass is to be deposited in a chamber that would be able to withstand "The Targeters" Blows/Slashes, [This is assuming "The Targeter" cannot use the teleportation willingly to escape]
This chamber will also be equipped with multiple layers of sound proofing.
A MTF taskforce preferably MTF Gamma-4 (“Green Stags”) would be requested as they would be swift and fast in their attempt at muttering the Dclass's name and locating SCP "The Targeter".
Once "The Targeter" teleports to the D class attempts to retreive the Dclass will not be allowed. Research members are to study SCP "The Targeter" and give it a proper designation and file.

An abandoned camp site has been discovered on the surface, hidden incredibly well within the brush. There are documents, newspaper scraps, as well as an old laptop with unknown data being transferred to a suspicious I.P. address. How do you react?

Considering that it was hidden and assuming its near the site, this would call for the attention of the Site admin or the highest ranking personnel on site. If it were me I would deploy Mobile Task Force Gamma-5 as they would hide and deal with the documents and such.
I would submit the Lap top for research and decoding, the sites best researchers would be put to work in locating the culprit. The moment the location is found the fastest responding taskforce is to be deployed for further investigation.
Their really isnt much to say here, most of the tech would be researched and if the location is decoded then a Taskforce would be deployed. Any leaked documents would be hidden or destroyed.
The person with the laptop probobly isnt far away either, since its been hidden near site they must return every now and then. Covert Agents or Task forces are to wait in the area to see if their is any sus activity near the brush while research studies and decodes the laptop. -
This job would sell very expensive stuff that can do quite bad things, should probobly be a Platinum job tbh

Scp 096 will get contained WAY to fast, this means that their will be close to nobody who wants to play 096. -
Completely on board with this SCP being added, here's a few tweaks to the suggestion.
SCP 397 should get a normal Keypad cracker instead.
SCP 397 Should have 1200 hp and 500 armor similar to SCP 966
397 should be able to breach at any time like any other scp.
It may breach SCP's to its liking but if caught its KOS. If simply found wandering sight SCP 397 is AOS and to be returned to its cell.
SCP 397 may flee from foundation personnel and can not be fear RP'd, if SCP 397 doesnt comply it is to be tranqed and brought to its cell.
SCP 397 may enter armory to buy melee weapons only, 397 can use any melee weapon to its liking and attack anyone it wants. This does not mean that people 397 attacks may not defend themselves, and if 397 is caught attacking people it is KOS or is to be tranqed on sight.
SCP 397 should be somewhat faster than the average player as its a chimp, this is to the SMT's liking.

I am suggesting it be limited to relatively weaker SCP's or else this will just be another 035
This will also make more sense as 397 itself will be afraid of the stronger SCP's so it will only breach weaker looking or in general weak SCP's
Obviously the only thing this SCP can do shouldn't be breaching SCP's, 397 can turn off lights and do all sorts of mayhem. Since it should be like a fast goblin and run around site giving it a melee weapon or basic swep would make sense.

I have time in multiple Branches/Battalions, I have played in Research and NU-7 reaching relatively high ranks. Scps should not be recontained in 30 seconds from 6 people with ethereals. Ethereals are the Micro HID and should be treated as such.

How well do you know the G.O.C. lore (On a scale of 1-10)? : Around a 9, I read and watch many GOC documents and storys so I know a lot about them. I put 9 Cause I know theirs always more to learn about them and I dont know everything, and theirs bound to be more out their that I haven't watched and read. 9 is how much I think I know but I could very well be wrong.
Why do you believe that you are the best fit to be an Officer?: When I set my mind to it I can be Extremely active and hard working, GOC is one of my favorite SCP organizations and I have no doubt that I will be extremely active and dedicated to make GOC one of the best branchs to be released on this server. As a person who is and was in both RP and Combat oriented branches I am confident that I am fit to be an officer. As someone who his been a NCO in over 3 branches across SCP RP and Star wars RP along with being a officer once in Star wars RP I have well toned attitude to most things and am extremely unbiased. If someone needs information on something or if they are plainly doing something wrong I am quick to help them out without getting angry or annoyed.
What skills and qualities do you possess that show you are competent enough to be an Officer?: I try my best to be a positive member on this server giving out advice when I can, I am not afraid to report or give out the proper punishment to people. When I say something it makes sense, most of my suggestions get accepted because I can point out issues others cant see or dont notice. I try my best to NEVER be biased and see both sides in every situation. Dedication, if I really enjoy something and set my mind to it you will see activity like no other and I promise you GOC is one of these things. Over my time as a NCO and a Officer in many branches I have leanred many things, like the different type of people that are out their, how to spot someone who isnt trying to RP, etc. I feel like these are essential parts of being a officer and this would help GOC grow as it starts taking its first steps.
How will you maintain branch relationships and upkeep communication with other branches?: I will host pt's and activitys with other branches. Hosting PT's With other branches really does help a lot with maintaining branch relationships, it helps other branches get to know the people in GOC and have a better outlook on GOC. Doing this will make players think of the GOC and command better. keeping a nice enviorment around is also a extremely important thing, their is no reason to be toxic to ANYONE. Being a trash person is not justifiable by someone doing it to you, I promise if I see any toxicity in GOC or even outside I will give out proper warnings or punishment depending on the severity. Other than PT's I will hand out monthly challenges with rewards for the person with the most things done.
[I honestly wouldn't mind starting at enlisted in GOC, I care a lot for its status in the server since I care about it even more in the SCP foundation lore. As long as I have a spot in GOC to improve GOC on the server even by 0.0.1% I will be happy and climb up the ranks with my fellow enlisted] -

Going to be honest, I didn't think this would happen but it is what it is. Thanks to everyone who's made gaminglight scp rp fun as a whole, and a goofy time. Their are a few reasons I am resigning, the main one is that I plainly just am not having fun anymore. Whether the reason being school, lack of players, the og's leaving or something else, at the end of the day I wont be dedicating myself to something I don't enjoy. Research and all the branchs I have been in, were quite the ride and couldnt thank the community more for whats it has given me these past months.
Like many others, the recent death of the player base has pretty much influenced my decision to resign. I have been thinking about it for awhile. I hope the server returns to its former glory one day, and that I will be alive to become research command again once the time comes.
Anyways I would like to give some props to most if not all of research command, SeriousParade, Devil Doc, Cryp toe nuts, Domz, Cintal, and Tyler all were some of the best command and players on the server during my time. For the last time, thank you, all of you, for every single laugh and cringe moment I had and gave out.
