Why do you want to join Delta-5? Because I am making the toor of all MTF branches and I haven't joined D5 yet
Why should we let you into Delta-5? (50+ words) Because I am very thrustworthy. I was HTF Mark:II, Warden Command and I am curently RCU Command in E-11. I have been on the server for over a year and a half and really wanna help D5 grow as much as D5 can help me grow.

Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) I believe I deserve to become a Tmod because I have been in this community for a long time. I have noticed countless scenarios and outcome to those and feel like I have a lot of experience. I am very trustworthy and honest. I came back to GL after a few months break and I really feel like joining staff and I feel like I could help a lot by joining the staff team. I used to be a Senior Moderator but resigned after multiple problems that caused me to lose thrust in the staff team and on some of the players who occupied a large influence. Those people, through the months, have nearly all resigned and I feel like I can come back and have fun being a staff again. I play a lot during the night were there is never a lot of mods and I feel like I could help a lot by being there and taking some sits during those hours.

Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?
So first I would try to calm him down. If he doesn't calm down, I would gag him and then explain to him that he will be banned for MDRM and that I will also have to warn him. I would call an Admin+ to ban him or request a ban on the Staff Discord ban request channel.
Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation?
I would gag all 5 players and ask ungag them one by one to explain to me the situation and each and everyone's side of the story. I would also explain to them that from now on, if the person speaking start to insult someone, I will warn them for Player Diss. I would then resolve the issue and issue the punishment to the person who broke the MOTD.

Honestly, I guess bad luck, twice I just come back from LOA, twice MAJ apps opens, so I have 0 chances of proving myself. I have been on this server for more than a year, I did my part but it's time for me to let go of it. I might come back one day, but unsure. I will also never have gotten WP or Exspira after countless tries and apps

Vuit: We didn't talk much since I left Nu-7, but you and Ren were by far the best chads Nu-7 had. Since you resigned from Nu-7, I was the last member of the ENFORCER SQUAD, and it dies with me. That was without a doubt the most epic squad the server ever had.
Ren: Your probabilities of seeing this are near 0 but if you do, then hi. Idk why you stopped talking when you joined Medical after Nu-7 but you were fire.
Williams: 0 chances you see this, but still hi. You were my first GENSEC friend, and damn were you fire. The best 2LT we ever had. Still jealous you got RRH and not me the first time we applied.
Zack: The best medic with Ezekiel and the best HTF. You helped me in Medical to learn the ropes and I stayed here for quite a time, but taking reserves was a mistake, I knew barely anyone and I am not the greatest at making friends.

What would be the point of buying a D-Class CC if you could just grind money and buy yourself the same guns every time you die?
These guns are limited to D-Class CCs for a reason.
Also, Security and D-Class came to an agreement on which weapons should be included on these jobs. Originally smuggler could not even buy guns. The compromise was made to allow D-Class to do more and have more weapons.
Also, the sten, mp40, and mp9 are too strong for D-Class. If they want to get those guns they need to escape and buy them at the armory.

just to say e11 aren't allowed in dblock unless there is near to no sec online or given perms from sa+In this situation, for it to work in a way I need to deal with him in another way of just kicking him out of D-Block, I assumed he had a valid reason to be in D-Block but yes, in 99% cases E-11 wouldn't be allowed in D-Block.
