    If you do decide you want to leave, resign instead of making SMT sort you out and just waiting it out. It doesn't take that long to do.

    Why do you want to be advanced to the rank of Admin?:

    - So i can help lower ranking staff when possible and when a ban is needed and no one can take it or if there are no admins on for a admin sit i can take the sits so the people requesting the sits don't get anxious and upset at the staff team.

    What are your goals for your career as a staff member?:

    - To help make the server a safe and fun place keeping everyone in check and making sure no one feels abused or judged and help with any suggestions from the community.

    Admins are expected to take the role of a mentor with new staff members, providing them with guidance and helping them at the beginning of their staff career. As a Senior Moderator, you should have been involved in shadowing Trial Moderators and providing them with feedback. How did your time as a Senior Moderator prepare you for the rank of Admin?:

    - My time shadowing trial moderators went extremely well and i think I am extremely prepared for the mentoring of new staff members of the team i am willing to give my time to help raise good staff into out community.

    Training and mentoring new staff members is a topic we're always looking at improving to increase the quality of our staff members. How do you think we could improve our training system?:

    - The training system to my knowledge is the best it can be as I cannot think of anything that needs improving

    What was the most difficult situation that you've run into while staffing, and how did you handle it?:

    -The most difficult situation I've had on my time being staff is when a racism sit wasn't going to plan and the reported player was getting frustrated while i was trying to watch the clip. i let the player vent while i watched the video as after i explained to him what he did and informed him he will be getting a warn and possibly a ban and that he can feel free to apply for a ban appeal on forums if he feels its necessary 

    While staffing on the server you observe a new trial moderator staffing on his own. The trial moderator joined the staff team yesterday, and did not receive permission to staff alone. How would you handle the situation?:

    - I would ask to talk to him and ask him why he was taking the sit with no one watching him and would remind him that he would need to ask a senior mod plus to watch over him not to get him in trouble for the next time.

     

    While staffing on the server you observe a new trial moderator staffing on his own. The trial moderator joined the staff team yesterday, and did not receive permission to staff alone. How would you handle the situation?:

    - I would start off by reminding the TMod that they are not allowed to be staffing without a supervisor and follow up by offering to watch other them until their designated mentee gets online. I would then message a higher up about the inncodent so they have a record of it happening so it doesnt happen again.

    While on the server off duty you make a sit request for a simple RDM. A trial moderator responds to the sit request, and a Senior Moderator is accompanying them. The sit is handled poorly, as the trial moderator is doing their best to handle the sit, but the Senior Moderator isn't helping. How would you handle the situation?:

    -I would start recording the sit ASAP if I wasnt already and let it play out. Once the sit is over I would provide evidence to a higher up about the senior mod and offer to assist the Tmod in any future sits where a supervisor is needed. I would probably recomment the SM gets talked to.

    While off duty you observe what appears to be a new trial moderator teleport a CI member into the Foundation. When you try to talk to the Trial Moderator they fly away, and when you try to talk to the CI member, they just shoot and kill you. How would you investigate and handle the situation?:

    - I would start this off by switching onto the staff job and !onduty, then I would bring the CI member to a staff room and freezing them so they dont cause any trouble anywhere theyre not supposed to be. I would then proceed to bring the TM and freeze them, asking them questions to understand why they did that. If they dont cooperate, I would simply ask for a higher up to come deal with him. I would then go back to the CI, warn him for RDM, NCWS and NITRP.

    How do you think the staff team can be improved on? This can include training, morale, retention, organization, or any other aspects of the staff team.: 

    - I believe that the staff team is already amazing as it is and I cannot find a single thing that can be improved on

    I know I probably don't deserve admin but throughout my time as senior mod and my staffing I've felt at peace helping people and helping to make the server a fun place I understand if you don't believe I'm worthy of admin so please vote honestly.

    It was to stop the spread of 009 plus the guy would of died anyway and a statue would be present i was trying to prevent that plus the guy had no issue with it. Even when i did a sit thinking he caused the 009 mass breach he didn't get upset that is how we found out it was biggie.

  6. Post name: 079 breaching other scps suggestion

    What are you suggesting? - scp 079 can only open doors but how about 079 can breach scp's but he can only breach one every 15 mins he can breach his first scp when he has self breached himself but after each breach he has to wait 15 minutes to breach another. for scp's like 8286 and 035 he has to roll a 75+ to breach them from their containment cells but with other scp's he has to roll a 60 to breach them.

    How would this change better the server? - more fun to play as 079

    Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - not that i can think of

    Who would this change mostly benefit? - 079

    Yes she and rang have done both helped tons of people resolve issues i wouldn't be the staff i am today if it wasn't for them if i never met luxxy or rang I'd probably never be able to of conquer my stress, anxiety and nervousness. They arent bad people they have done their work they have help tons of people so if you want to diss them u can diss me to im fine with that just give them a chance. So please let them be

  8. Yes you did MRDM you knew you shouldn't of done that you argued with me and were quite rude when in the sit getting aggressive you knew not to RDM from past experiences as shown by your warns. Plus the rules do state SCP's are not to kill each other I requested a shorter ban as a 5 day was too long as you are sorta new but you should know the rules by now.

    Why should we allow you to be an Event Team Member (150+ Words)?:

    I believe I would be a good addition to the event team because I am creative and I am always on to do events! I am usually most active around 12am-2pm EST so I would be able to do morning events or just help out other event team members. When I get the opportunity, I will try my best to create a fun and all inclusive event for the whole community to hopefully better their GamingLight experience. While I am not good at building, I am trying to improve. I'm always brainstorming new ideas for new events and I am very persistent in making sure they will be fun for everyone. When I am told to do something I will do whatever is needed if told by a higher up and I am also very friendly! I'm not very good at explaining stuff but by doing this I can boost my confidence and hopefully be an amazing helper.

    Describe an event you could create (The more specific the better):

    One event I would have in mind would be a club theme which there are different areas. One area would be a fighting arena where they would have to fight to get to the second floor, second floor being a VIP Lounge. The lounge will contain a SCP petting zoo where the winners get to hang out with any SCP that shows and money prize.

    Another would be a hide and seek event which the original seeker will be SCP-049. When they find someone, they can infect so they become SCP-049-2. If they get infected they have to help 049 find the other hiders.

    Last event I can currently think of would be where there are different SCPs spread on the surface where they would try to kill everyone before they are captured.

    What is your favorite SCP? Why?: By Far the gate guardian would have to be my favorite SCP as it is a status of firm passion to protect the gate and is extremely powerful letting no chance of entering also known as SCP: 001.

    I'm sorry I am not good at explaining stuff as I have Asperger and ADHD. I'm trying my best with my mentors and people to overcome this. The original application was in wrong space and I had more event ideas. Thank you!

    He's Senior Admin and knows what he is doing. He knows already about his attitude and is working on it so I believe support would be a good way for him to engage more with the community and become more positive as he goes on. Noah has helped me and several other people on the server countless times and I think he should be given a chance to prove himself as support. 

    I agree with this as since i joined staff i havent seen any negativity and lay night he helped me with a sit that took 1 hour and he was calm the whole time

    Why do you want to join Nu-7? (125 words minimum):  I want to join the nu7 to help the facility overcome breaches, d-class riots, chaos insurgamcy, and overall choas in general, so the facility can be safe and keeping the site and world from XK class end of the world scenarios from happening, and with all my skills from previous experiences as mtf E11 could get me a better chance at doing that. I will also try my best to keep everyone in line if I am higher ranking and try my best to help other nu7 if they need it and will do my best to surpass the expectations and do my part in Nu7 and on a additional note I am active and that could also help. I also am staying for the long run and wanna do my best of my ability.

    The reason i applied on forums was because security CMD is inactive asf and I have been trying to get promoted and I have been active so much on gensec
