    I'd thought I never would resign from maintenance, yet here we are.

    I really don't find maintenance fun anymore, it's just collecting trash, give armor and build if you got a rank

    General Suggestion - Garry Dance - Denied

    What are you suggesting? - Add Garry's Dance to the key's reload menu, and rename the Dance to Sexy Dance to avoid confusion

    How would this change better the server? -  More dance moves and people would use custom animations more often probably due to it being so popular

    Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - None than I can think of

    Who would this change mostly benefit? -  Everyone that uses custom animations

    Please link any workshop content, screenshots, or anything that you think may be helpful to those who view this suggestion -

    Why do you want to join event team? 
    I would like to join the Event Team, because I have pretty good ideas when It comes to hosting events. Most of them are inspired by my experience on the Server, and some of them are even my own ideas. I have pretty good Knowledge on the SCP lore, have good Grammar and Spelling, and I'm also great at building, so the attenders might feel like it's an actual SCP on the server and not a event due to my skills, which I personally think is a good thing for Event Team. I'm active on off hours due to my Timezone being GMT, where I would love to create a fun environment for people online during then. I have experiences with planning Events out, especially with other people that are assisting me with the event.

    Why should you be trusted to be part of the Event Team?:
    I think I should be trusted to join the Event Team, is due to my knowledge of the rules and other Job SOPs, (Research, Security, Maintenance, Medical, Nu-7 and CI Military), so I can know what's allowed and what isn't. I have a good reputation on the server and I also have an average playtime of Two Weeks. I'm also a Operations Supervisor in Maintenance, which shows that I already can be trusted with certain things.

    Are you familiar/experiences with ULX?: No, not really but I am willing to learn

    Describe an event you could create (Be specific):
    I can create an SCP-3008 event, with guns, weapons and useful tools laying around the map, letting people create shelter before the night arrives and create hiding spots for them to hide for the night, Employees will also at day sell stuff to customers, with them standing at their shop (could be swedish balls or a AK-47, who knows?)

    When did you start playing on SCP-RP? (Approximately): According to my playtime, 2 weeks ago

    Why do you want to join Nu-7? (75 word minimum): I am active on off-hours, where d-classes usually breach SCPS if they are on (most MTF don't hop on during off hours), I already know how to recontain SCPS due to my previous experience of being in a MTF branch and experience of just playing and enjoying the server in general, I'm pretty good at PVP and have a good reaction time, I have good communication with other MTF and I also have command experience. I think I am fit for this branch.

    You situation questions make me question your command integrity GREATLY.

    If someone escapes and refuses to go back normally you should tell them the consequences of doing said things before outright DNTing them.

    By the books is not always the right thing which is something you will come to realize in the future. Which is why your situational awareness matters what if that trainee who broke the SOP got short term memory loss or what if that trainee mixed up the reasons and though they genuinely could do that. These are situations where outright removal are not completely necessary and rather a talking to and or general comprehensive quiz would be good to do and as a command member that is you job.

     

    Yeah now that I think about it, these answers are actually kind of harsh, thanks for telling what's wrong with my answers and will avoid putting them on DNT/Removing instantly,

    First: The lugar is meant to be a weaker weapon. as an Expert you still have the ability to breach SCP's and escape with a pickaxe, using your pickaxe you could craft Double barrels
    Second: This would make the D-Class smuggler weaker. he gets the Colt Python, a lower recoil, hard hitting revolver. the 627 is the hardest hitting revolver on the server with decent recoil. 

    If you wish to replace the most powerful gun in the game with an obviously inferior sidearm, you could go with the USP (tfa_usp) or the Berretta (tfa_m92beretta)

    I'd say around 7-9
    7. Why do you believe you should become a Maintenance Command member (100+ words)?
    I believe I should be Operations Supervisor, because I have showed great leadership skills in the past, I'd love to introduce new comers into Maintenance, and teach them all of the basics about this server and this branch, I also believe I should be command because I'm dedicated to this branch and overall think would make a great member of command. I am very active on off hours due to timezones (GMT) and can give other maintenance enlisted that are in GMT timezone too their time to shine, as promotions and a trip to HCZ (patrols) are available to them.

    8-1. A Utility Trainee has escaped the training room and is refusing to return, how would you handle this?
    Put them on DNT for General Minge

    8-2. Some enlisted members have begun RDMing each other in bunks as a way to pass time, what would you do in this situation?
    Because of the change made that you can't kill each others in Bunks, I'd tell them to stop shooting inside of bunks if being annoying to other maintenance staff.

    8-3. A Junior Maintenance is breaking multiple SOP rules such as improperly using tools and disregarding DEFCON rules, what are your next steps?
    Give them a strike (aka removal) and tell them what they did wrong, and give a DNT depending on what they did as they broke multiple SOP rules and should've know better.
