The application just lacks information for me. There really is not all that much to it. The last question raises some questions because in a way I feel like you avoided the question. You do not explain the punishments for mass rdm etc. You just talk about seeing the big picture and not getting mad. My personal opinion I would put more into the why you deserve the rank section. - I would like to become a Vice Commander of this branch since I adore the Pyke Syndicate and my battalion. If I became an Underboss (Vice Commander) for my battalion, I would work with the Pyke Syndicate more and more as my experience within the Pyke Syndicate Battalion grew. I also want to deal with minges in our branch/battalion and act on them, and I want everyone to know that the Pyke Syndicate battalion is not a "Minge" battalion, as I rise through the ranks and earn more involvement. I also want to increase the number of people in Pyke and watch Pyke expand every single day, 24/7. I also want to see more activity inside the Syndicate, such as raids, recruitments, SIMs, and trainings, and I want Pyke Syndicate to be regarded as one of the best battalions to join. I also want Pyke to maintain a positive environment that encourages people to join the Pyke Syndicate and ensures that everyone receives the necessary RP experience. Furthermore, I want to ensure that Pyke is up to its standards, and I do not want any members of the Pyke Syndicate to be in violation of the regulations.

- The Commander/Vice Commander's primary responsibility in a battalion is to ensure the troopers success and to guide its men. The superior command is the Commander/Vice Commander, who is in charge of the branch's actions, success, and morale in general. The main rank "Commander" is in responsible of ensuring that the battalion remains intact and that no minges / rule violators are present. I also believe that the major objective of a "commander" for a battalion is to assist the entire battalion in determining what may be improved and ensuring that what is done is done. A Commander/Vice Commander's main goal is to guarantee that all of our battalion members are held accountable for their actions and that our standards are met, as well as to lead, manage, and maintain a favorable image for our battalion.6. - I should be accepted with a Vice Commander rank because of my reputation within the community of Gaminglight. I feel like I'm trusted with the position by the community of Gaminglight and I think I've proven myself that I am dedicated and determined in my position in Gaminglight right now. I feel like me reaching so many ranks in Gaminglight ImperialRP in many battalions in the past and or presence made me believe that I fit for this position. I am a respectful and chill person to play with and I respect everyone in my surroundings. When I encounter people new to the server they always have questions and I try to answer them to my best abilities. Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (Can be any length): I feel I should deserve this staff position due to my loyalty to the server, my experience and my activity I can commit to the server. I've also have had two instances where I have been staff on populated servers, the first being a DarkRP server named 'Icefuse DarkRP', where I was a staff for a while and managed to work my way up to a 'Admin' Position. My second experience was as a Moderator on an ImperialRP and PoliceRP server 'Gaminglight ImperialRP/PoliceRP'. With these experiences, I have learnt what it takes to be a staff member on a busy server and have gained valuable experience. This will help me with ULX commands and other admin access when they are required. Another reason on why I think I deserve this staff position is because my activity on Gaminglight Servers is immaculate if I would say. I hop on day/night anytime of the day and is available at any time of period. My busy days are (Monday-Friday) due to school, sometimes(Saturday and Sunday) if I am spending time with family or friends. I will also like to get to know a bunch of new players individually and see who I am dealing with. I should be accepted/deserve this staff position since I am dedicated to the Gaminglight Community and the people who have fun on it and have faith in me that I can do it(anything). When it comes to sits, I am a cool and appealing player. I am a person who can aid the staff team even more by assisting staff on tickets or with whatever staffing concerns arise. If anyone has any queries, I can answer them. I also enjoy devoting time and effort to Gaminglight Members at all times in order to achieve the finest potential outcome. That's why I think I would deserve this position.
How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: I would bring that individual who is MRDMing to the sit, and if he is fleeing off the ISD, I would freeze him. If he starts cursing at me, I will give him one and only one warning to stop using profanity; if he continues to do so, I will have to mute/gag him. Following that, I will contact an Admin+ or someone who can punish him appropriately for this scenario in order to get him off this server.

Why do you want to be a Pyke NCO? (75 word minimum): I want to be a Pyke NCO because I want to advance in the ranks while still serving with Pyke. I should be a Pyke NCO because I want to help other Pyke members/recruits and train more Pyke members. Another reason I should become an NCO is that I am very active on Gaminglight and can meet quota (If there is). If any higher-ups require assistance with anything, I will go above and beyond my abilities to assist them; regardless of what I'm doing in-game, I will strive to help my teammates, including enlistees. I will work hard to make Pyke a better warcrime fighting batallion.
Why should you be trusted with this rank? (75 word minimum): I believe I should be trusted with this rank because I believe I can make Pyke one of the best warcrime fighting battalions (which it already is) and I am very familiar with how the server and the battalion work. I'm also very active on Gaminglight most of the time, unless I have schoolwork or family obligations to attend to, but other than that, I'm very active on Gaminglight. I joined Gaminglight in 2021 and have been playing for over a year. I can also reduce the minges that are attempting to join Pyke or are already in Pyke, which is a limited number of people who minge that are in Pyke already. I know I'm not the best at what I do, but I can promise everyone that I'll do my best as an NCO, and I want enlistees to be the BEST, with me as a role model in Pyke. I can also make sure that everyone is following SOP and doing everything that is expected of them, and I will listen to my superiors.

Why should we trust you with an Officer rank?
- As I have served as an NCO, I would like to advance through the ranks, and the reason you should trust me for this Officer Rank is that I am a good and active player who gladly RPs. I also have experience fulfilling my standards as well as the requirements of my position/role. I feel others trust me with my role because I understand how things operate in Starfighters and will maintain them that way. I will also assist my subordinates with anything they require and ensure they fulfill their requirements as an NCO/Enlisted as I have been one myself.
What can you do to assist command with this rank?
- I can assist command members by assisting Enlisted with any questions or issues they may have about Starfighters, as well as general queries, so that leadership can focus on other circumstances including rosters, members, and so on. I can also handle Enlisted/NCO who don't care about RP (NITRP) and penalize any Enlisted/NCO who just minges in general. I will also do anything my superior orders me to do. Pyke Leader/Supervisor Job Suggestion [Denied]

What do you want to see?: I would want to add a "dradio" to the Pyke_Supervisor job.
Why should we add it?: You should include it because we need it to communicate with the imperials if we have a seized a location (ex. Bridge or EC) or someone kidnapped when carrying out raids (simulations/trainings). We should keep this because I feel it is our responsibility as Pyke Supervisors to not metagame with it and instead utilize it for discussions(negotiations, etc). We can also utilize it for events in helping imperials and or on rebels.
What are the advantages of having this?: The benefits of possessing this includes dealing with negotiations at any time and improving roleplaying among the Pyke Syndicate and Imperials in many ways.
