I spoke with a staff member who made a deal with me. If I can increase my playtime on PoliceRP and be active for 3 months, I could have a chance of redemption on SCPRP. I've waited 12 months and have increased my playtime on PoliceRP tenfold. I'm here to argue my case and collect on my end of the deal. I spoke with a staff member in Discord and he directed me to make an appeal in Forums. As you can see, I had been given a deadline of 3 months to be active on Police RP. I've been active on PoliceRP for 4 months and have never received a racist, homophobic, or any phobic warnings since the time of my ban from SCPRP. I spoke to an admin in the SCPRP Discord and he directed me to appeal in Forums. I am really looking forward to a new chance and I hope that with this evidence, and the time spent, I could recieve a second chance. Thank you.

I was perma banned a year ago from SCP RP for something completely separate. I don't know why you felt the need to bring that up when it has nothing to do with this.

I told him that I hated being in his presence. He wanted to delete my base that several other admins we're okay with and took part in raiding. It was midnight and not many people we're online, so I wanted to have fun and made a base with friends and hangout with a bunch of people. Trumpo wasn't happy about this and told me he was going to delete my base. He told me "Yeah well I'm the one that enforces the rules." So I responded to him and said "I hate being in your presence. Every time I see you my day gets worse." I told him this because this is not the first time I've had problems with him. I have only ever had negative experiences with him and that is why I said that. You've lied to us again. What you fail to mention is that you only muted me. And discourse did continue after you muted me. By both SL and Gov team members. However, you failed to warn them OR mute them. You only punished me. That is my problem. You say you "don't condone any of the actions from any parties" but you ONLY took action against me. Meanwhile the entire time they are still continuing to talk shit and I'm not allowed to defend myself because I'm the only one that is muted. Also you lied about the crossfire event because CROSSFIRE was never adverted and me and the SL member were the only people in the tunnel. I had bumped into his car and he got out and immediately blew up my UPS truck. I find it hard to believe that he accidently hit my truck from 5 feet away. I lashed out while you were explaining the sit because you we're lying straight to my face. Meanwhile you tell me to "be the bigger person" while you allow them to slander me and prohibit me from defending myself. The SL member fails to advert CROSSFIRE, RDM's me, And Player Diss's me. However, I was the only person during the entire exchange that recieved any punishment whatsoever. You made zero attempt to warn or mute them. You allowed them to continue to dogpile me and I wasn't allowed to defend myself. I never made brash comments about YOU. I asked you what your fucking problem was because you we're lying to my face and ignoring the actions of everyone else around you and only punishing me. I never player dissed you. I never insulted you. I used swear words while speaking to you. That is NOT staff diss. As these screenshots state, the dogpile by Gov and SL continued even after I had been muted. So AGAIN you have lied by stating that " only shivers had continued after being asked to stop." "That's why the server keeps dying more and more" is in response to me dealing 600 damage to a SWAT member and him still having over 50% HP. Even if deathcards is 200% that would mean that he has 300hp at the minimum. Makes it extremely unenjoyable for new players or even veterans to want to continue playing when they can outplay a Gov member 10-fold and still lose because of absurd HP, Armor, and weapons. That has absolutely nothing to do with the problem with SL or this appeal.

I asked her "What is your fucking problem" after she allowed 2 SL members and a MSGT Gov Worker to talk shit to me but only muted me after I started to talk shit back. I never insulted her, ever. SL members told me I should change my name to Piss Baby Shivers and Cry Baby Shivers among other diss's after I complained about being RDM'd again and SL getting away with it again. So, I said "How about you shut the fuck up boyo" and "SL ain't shit." This was only in response to them talking shit to me. Why am I the only one getting in trouble? Any extra information: Why is there a clearcut bias for the defense of all SL members? I have 50 problems with SL members everytime I log on and nothing is ever done or fixed. They talk crap and player diss over OOC and every single admin is ok with it. I talk back and suddenly I'm muted. And if I ask why that is they tell me to make a sit, however there was never a sit made against me or them. Why is it the admins are only proactive when they want to be and do not enforce the rule fairly across all parties?

Why would I have to release the hostage if a separate admin had given us the Okay to RP it out before you even arrived.

I only said "You can take his place then" after you told us. Not before like you stated. Furthermore, that was only because our hostage said he had to log off. Also Matilda gave us the OK to RP it out, so that was my problem. I don't know why you had to swoop in to warn us when we we're given the OK to RP it out by a staff member.

However Matilda said there isn't enough Gov but later said to "rp it out." So we did. We RP'd it out and SL members came to pay for their member. However Trumpo teleported to us like 5 minutes into the RP Situation and warned me and the other guy for Fail RP Kidnapping while not enough gov. I want this warn removed because I was told by an admin that we could RP it out.

I have 26 warns on Police RP and have already served my 20 warn ban. I should not be banned for 20 warn threshold if I have already served that ban. As for the other reason, somebody said "Does anybody ever feel the urge to make out with their dog?" Somebody responded with "Yes, I can relate to that" to which I responded "unexist." They are openly discussing zoophilia and nobody cares. But the minute I object, it's an issue with the person who wants to commit such a disgusting act. In hindsight, it was something that I should've thought about before typing, and I should've just ignored it. It was a spur of the moment decision, and it was a bad one at that.
