- A member of the Senior Teams that takes his responsibility fairly seriously, friendly to speak with and speaks in a very nice tone to other members.
- He has the ability to become a member of the JMT+ team as he shows plenty of time with regards to looking out for lower members.
- In my humble opinion i think Theta would make a great member of the JMT+ team.

- I personally feel as though Racc would make an amazing member of the JMT+ team, his activity and devotion speaks for itself.
- not allowing him to become a member of the JMT+ team would be devastating as he helps all Staff & Gamemasters with all inquiries and as a member of command he is amazing at splitting his time and spending it with the staff, GM's and with DT.
- regarding the last, time management is definitely an amazing skill Racc has as well as this he shows the time and patience when speaking with all members of the server.
-i would like to speak more about the amazing abilities Racc has but i would be writing forever, thus if you wish to hear more join my room and i'd be happy to speak further about the matter.
Regardless Racc i wish you the best of luck and want to see you with a JMT tag soon. -

- When Cammin was in SF he was dedicated but left to do something different & to me he's excelled since leaving SF
- Cammin is a very well respected player within the 501st / ARC
- Always takes the time for other battalions & shows repect
- Great leadership qualities
- Honest even when they make a mistake
- He's great moral support & always brightens the mood of any Event/Mission/SIM they're in
- I haven't had 1 person on GL talk badly of them
- Also active during times when Americans aren't because of this he's able to support everyone
- I've really seen a lot of dedication to 501st / ARC & his enthusiasm for that is shown well

i believe BUB Fits the requirements of a Marshal commander from seeing him work his way up to Vice commander he has shown lots of dedication positivity towards the medical team he is on a lot he is the nicest person to talk to but will be serious when he needs to I believe there is no one more fit for the position then him.

Your examples could use more effort create an idea that shows you want to take the GM position seriously, track record isn't the cleanest so you might want to show people a new self in the future.
