I honestly don't see how any of this could rise to the level of player diss. To me, it appears that Raymond was simply trying to provide accurate information to a player, but an argument broke out and he then he tried to shut it down instead of arguing in OOC. I honestly feel that even a verbal is unnecessary and unwarranted. Our staff should not feel that they have to walk on eggshells for fear of being reported.

Is it tied to a specific job, swep, player model, etc? The server.

Has it only occurred once, or is it continuous? continuous.

No SCP other than 035 should be able to breach others. 035's miniscule health pool and physical form make for stopping him breaching possible. Also, really hate the whole "Level 100 job" argument made constantly in favor of 079. Those levels can be bought (I've seen so many 1 day players with level 100) and it doesn't mean that power level should be cranked up to a million.
