This staff member, SupremeChow has quite evidently put in many hours into staffing and also committed himself for the betterment of the community whenever he was able to and proceeds to till this day with great activity, motivation and support. He performs well in pretty much every area of staffing I can think of when dealing with situations of any sort in regards of the community, and especially with him being here for quite a while alongside his experience I can only see this individual move up to his respected rank in staff.

The questions are well thought out and show great signs of effort. Only problem would be the homophobia and racism warns, which are from a long time ago, but I believe people can change and I haven't had problems with you in-game. Overall the application is great, and it really looks like you took time on it. Good luck!

I haven't had a bad experience with him in-game. Essay questions are very well written out, and clearly shows great effort. Player also hasn't been issued a warn for over a month. I believe he could be a great addition to the staff team. Good luck!

Application has many grammatical and punctuational errors. It needs work. Putting good time and effort means you will do the same on staff. Staff isn't just quickly taking sits and getting them over with. You have to take your time and make a decision that is fair and allows players to enjoy the server!
