    and i also disagree

    i have played fivem +/- 800 hours

    and gmod  +/- 2000 hours

and i can tell you that this community in fivem is friendly, its just grindy in another way

when you are a criminal, you can actually act like it and have guns that are actual life, in gmod i see at least for PRP a guy in a animie skin getting into a buggati and then rolling up with a mini gun as well as a sniper that shoots explosive bullets

    every server is different

and i can tell you if this is the least friendly server, either you have only played this and another tycoon server or you dont know what a gang server is like, at least here they dont yell at you and say things that could make even 30 year old men cry in their setups.

damn bro gmod for 2k and fivem for 800 hours? do you go outside?

Rexer you are an amazing dude but their is other applications more worthy of the position

You have only been in IF for around a month

You may be dedicated to IF but i have not seen initiative from you to make IF better, you may do a lot of tryouts and SIM's but that is not the whole picture.

I will have to agree with what people are saying here. You are doing great, though the full grasp of what makes an IF VCMDR is not there yet experience wise.

SB3 Has shown competency, maturity and activity ever since he has joined, he understands the ins and outs of DT like the back of his hands, he is also a very pleasant and well mannered guy, I can guarantee he will uphold the proper expectations of a CMDR and will make DT thrive under his leadership. He has also done a splendid job as a VCMDR.

    Good Luck SB3

THIS IS GOING TO BE MY BIGGEST +SUPPORT

    - First off this man is the most dedicated RG member I have ever seen and does his job so well.

    - He literally gives me the motivation to do better in dueling and in leading.

    - He is one if not the most chill person to have a chat with, just don't anger the guy. 😂

    - Has tons of experience with RG so far so I honestly don't see a better candidate for the position.

    - He is super serious when he needs to be.

    - He takes the time out of his day to assist with any issues.

    { There is honestly so much I could say about this man, that's how much he's done for RG but I will cut it a bit short so there isn't so much.}

    - As described in your application, you clearly show the knowledge and know what it takes to be an NCO.

    - Has the traits that makes an NCO ideal.

    - Dedicated.

    - Easily approachable.

    - My past experience with Stevie in Naval has always been positive as we were both in it at a point in time. He here has shown great leadership, both before and after I left, and continued to show great leaderships throughout his Naval career in both GO and MO.

    - You "qualifications" section is beautifully written (not to mention the entire applications is very well put together) and have convinced me that you would have an easy time being a role model for enlisted as well as leading the enlisted and performing your duties as an NCO.

    - Is an equally as great leader and Officer in the 501st, which I can see reflect in other battalions he is and has been in, and can only imagine the same will reflect for the IF.

    Best of luck!

  8. Huge +Support.

    -Helpful

    -Easy to talk to

    -Good app and app contents

    -Active

    -Organized

-Understand what it means to take lead

-Have put a tremendous amount of time and help into the battalion to the massive amount of Tryouts he has held to the very well executed multi-battalion SIM he hosted!

In my opinion, definitely deserving of the position, good luck!

How Long Have You Been In Inferno Squad?

    Ever since 3/26/21

Why Do You Want To Become An Officer? [150+ Words]

Personally I would like to be a Squad Lead as I believe through watching those higher than me I have gained the knowledge and skills to help those within the battalion with any questions, becoming certified, and upholding the primary value of the battalion being respect. On top of this, as you will see later through my experience, I am confident in myself to be able to step in on any dispute between two Inferno, or be an ear to someone who had a problem with someone within the battalion, as well as confidence in settling this issue professionally.  Secondly, as you will see on the graph at the end of this section, I am very active, and activity will only improve as the month nears the end, though regardless I am already active as it is, with being on the server almost every day since I have joined Inferno, and when I am not on, I am still easily reachable through discord if any questions or disputes do arise, so as an Officer, I will be easily reachable and helpful throughout the entire day. In terms of another responsibility as an Officer, I would host plenty of SIMs,  as I have planned to host as an NCO and waiting for the time to actually execute them, but as an Officer, SIMs will be much more often, from passive SIMs to combat SIMs, I can boost Enlisted and NCO interaction within the battalion, as well as other battalion interaction through multiple or duo-battalion SIM's. Improving the activity of those in the battalion also recognizes us more, and can create more interest in the battalion which only helps the battalion as a whole.

How could you assist Inferno Squad Command with this rank?  [75+ Words]

With this rank,  I can assist the Inferno Squad by making sure all that are eligible for hosting tryouts receive their certification by encouraging those needing of it to host one so I may oversee it, as myself I have hosted plenty of tryouts and have seen plenty, so that I may be an expert on it myself and be able to pass on any knowledge to people. Other than that, I will be able to assist the battalion by hosting plenty of SIMs (including flying ones if permitted, as truly this is something IF does not get to do as often, and is something I wish all IF to be proficient in.) , either passive that improves the players abilities in situations such as interrogations, or in battle so that they can fight for themselves and help furthermore during events and effectively guard points. I will of course still host plenty of tryouts to attempt and recruit new Cadets into the battalion, as well as get our name out there more. SIM's are a major thing I will conduct with this rank as this in total not only brings more Inferno Squad onto the servers and represents us, but as well as gives the people something to do, which makes the battalion more interesting for them, inclining them to stay within the battalion, as well as possibly rub off curiosity to them to host their own SIM's when they reach the NCO rank, or rub off ideas for SIMs to other NCOs and such.

How many strikes do you have?

    None

What Qualifications could you bring to the Inferno Squad Command Team?

Previously to joining Inferno Squad, I was a part of Naval in which I was an AO Lieutenant before leaving. Doing so I was assigned as an Officer of the Starfighters, in which I worked with helping Enlisted understand what it means to be an SF as well as ensure that NCOs are doing what they need to do, such as tryouts or helping them become tryout certified,  helping alongside NCO’s and helping better the battalion alongside the Officers in the battalion. On top of this I was obviously a Supervisor for the Navy in which I helped several new Naval, as well as higher ranking enlisted Naval with questions and such, and I believe I can reflect all these qualifications from AO and Naval to the Inferno Squad and help answer any questions, get people their tryout certification, as well as be a role model to other Inferno Squad and make sure everyone is conducting themselves correctly, hear our any problems from people about the battalion, and better the battalion, as well as conducting things such as SIMs to get people more active on the server and show our numbers as I stated previously.

Do you understand that if you are Accepted, you will be on a 2 Week Trial Period? (Failing the Trial Period will result in a demotion)

    Yes, I understand.
