    Despite going up through the ranks as fast as you did I feel it was all very much deserved as you are a hard working and determined leader for shock and sticking it through even when’s it’s been in bad spots. I have never seen you abuse your power as you were going up in rank and were very responsible with it and trustworthy all around. To the people who say that your power hungry obviously haven’t taken a look at the work you have put into IA, and other documents that are very important to shock, as well as getting to see the way you work in the battalion and how you interact with the other troopers. From what I’ve seen when I put you and north in charge you have shown great effort into shock throughout your time and have made me proud, and as well as shown me that you still care about the battalion even when so much is going on.

    I would love to see you as Commander and good luck!

    Thank you all for the months of fun and happy memories, haven’t had this much fun and met so many cool people but I feel that I just can’t play anymore as schoolwork and just burnout from the game. Thank you all for your love and support and keep on playing! SHOCK RP!

    Texas has exceded my expectations as an Officer. He is constantly striving to improve the battallion and makes sure to check in with troopers from all ranks to see if there is anything that they are struggling with and to get their opinion on how the battalion can be made better.

    Even when he is not on the server he makes sure to come into the discord and check that constant tryouts and trainings are happening so that we as a battallion can grow.

    He builds relationships with everyone he meets and knows how to have fun with different folk to make sure that they are comfortable and enjoying the battallion, not onlt that he also knows when things have gone too far and speaks to folk and gets them to calm down instead of resorting straight to punishment.

    Texas is a good leader and inspiring to his troops and in my honest opinion there is nobody else that I'd rather have as my Vice Commander.

    A couple things you can work on: 

    Make sure you follow your own advice, when you're on if you do tryouts and trainings it can encourage others to do so, leading by example is the best way to be in a Command position.

    Your activity is good however it could still be better, staying online can help promote activity within Shock because otherwise other people will just see it as a dead battallion.

    For future applications try flush it out more and explain how you're going to implement the things that you say you are going to.

     Shock

    3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch?

    I am applying to be a commander of this branch because I feel that as a vice commander I have learnt so much on what it takes to be a good leader and have been passionate about becoming a commander for a while. I have worked hard to achieve my goal of making shock a fun and enjoyable battalion and I feel that every day I’m doing more and more towards that goal, I work hard to make sure that everyone is enjoying their time in shock and I feel that as a commander I would be able to do more for my battalion and be able to make more decisions for Shock as a whole to make sure it’s fun for everyone.

    4. How much game time do you have on the server?

     Almost 2 weeks.

    5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch?

    I feel the main purpose of a commander is to Lead their battalion in a serious but fun way, they make decisions that aid the battalion and are respected by their troopers but also respect everyone around them as well. They make sure that no one is left out and that everyone is enjoying themselves and doing their part in their battalion.

    6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? :

    I know that I can be trusted to lead this battalion as a  Commander. I’ve been a vice commander for a while now and have had to see countless other people leave their position as command and I’ve also been through the struggles those same people faced, but unlike them I am still passionate about being a leader and I keep carrying on playing. I love my battalion and although my activity has been low, I know that I can bring it back up and can assure you all that I will stay and keep on playing. I also feel that a lot of the people in my battalion trust me as a leader and respect me for that as well, and I treat everyone else with respect inside and outside my battalion.

    7. How often can you be Online? :

    2-3 Hours a day

    8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : 

    1 warning from like 4 years ago.
