Overall i Firmly think Herrman should be made Colonel as hes active mature responsible very helpful knows what hes doing when dealing with situations and hes just a great guy that gives a lot to PD and all the officers on with him I think he will make a Great Colonel as hes a really good Major Currently that does all his duties and never moans about anything

Overall I think Brucey would be a great Captain as hes active very mature and respectful to all he also has a great knowledge of PD duties and does LT duties very well and i think will carry CPT duties very well and will be a more than great captain using his knowledge and learning along the way

Former COL/SA apparently? Your content count would match up with it but I’m assuming that was from a really long time ago and fourms did a wonky so can’t find any records, would need someone else to confirm. If you were infact a COL it’s a major +support

Overall I think windu/window would be a good Captain as he is very active and is mature when dealing with his command responsibility's he is also very helpful to officers and knows what to do in a majority of situations

Honestly, a pet peeve of mine is when command members hide in their TS channels away from the lower ranks. I feel like adding one for supervisors would just disconnect them from the enlisted, making it less welcoming for newcomers. -

Players are not required to advert warnings after a gun has been drawn on him. Staff member also (somehow?) has 11 hours on the server and may believe we follow typical DarkRP rules.

Why should you be promoted (150 words Minimum): For the past two months, I have completely dedicated myself to the department. From being a supervisor to being a part of low command, I have continuously pushed to improve the department. During my time as a Lieutenant, I have attached myself to taking responsibility for those under my command, learning how to use discipline as a source of learning from their mistakes. If I were to receive the promotion to Captain, I would ensure each officer who represents the department, does so immaculately. I would enforce accountability upon the supervisors, not allowing sloppy trainers to rise through the ranks so easily.
Whilst a Lieutenant in the police department, I am also a Sergeant in ARU. Transferring my skills from the tactical unit, I am able to comfortably control situations which require all my attention. I try to be as active as I can within the police department. With university starting again, I am yet to let it affect my playtime greatly, whilst I score high figures on the shift clock each week.
You agree that disobeying any rules set by High Command will result in an immediate demotion (Yes/No): Yes

Hear me out, you are a great SM and you definitely have the experience needed to advance. However, from what I know, you did just come back to the server. Personally, I would feel better giving you a +support if you play for a couple more weeks and show your commitment to playing on the server. Other than that... Welcome back

Overall i fell that Chipdail should wait a bit longer before CPT other than that hes a good guyYou've spent just less than a month on a LOA since August. In the week you've returned, you've clocked 3 hours on patrol. I think you are a good guy who fits command very well, but like Cammy said, you really should spend some time off a LOA before applying.

What you want to see? - Criminals should no longer be allowed to keep someone hostage in public when they are outnumbered by gov.
Why should we add it? - I feel like criminals have too much power when they have a hostage. In many instances, people have a hostage in public, get surrounded and outnumbered by gov and yet still manage to drive away with the hostage. I am not asking that you add this restriction for hostages inside buildings where the criminal can not be surrounded. But, I feel if gov. can surround someone taking a hostage, they should not be able to continue that kidnapping.
What are the advantages of having this? - Adding this would make it much easier for gov. to counter kidnappings. This would really improve role play on the server and make kidnapping a much harder task.
Who is it mainly for? - Government and people that don't want to be kidnapped.

How many Warns do you have?: I have 2 warns; 1 of them being from 2017, MilitaryRP for FailRP. My other warn is from June for FearRP.
Why should you be promoted (150 words Minimum): I have held the Sergeant Major rank for a short while compared to other applicants I have seen. However, in my short time I can not help but feel the command and leadership of the Police Department could be improved. If I were to be promoted to the rank of Lt. I would implement new reforms which increase accountability for supervisors, including a way for them to document reports. I would like to put more trust in our sergeants, allowing them to write recommendations for promotion. These are just minor changes but each minor change takes us closer to being the best we can be.
Furthermore, throughout my time as a police officer, I have made many mistakes.
