    Do you have any other experience with staffing?: (If yes, explain) I was staff on 2 other servers one of them was Icefuse’s CityRP server in which I was a moderator. Then the other one is BallsdeepRP its was a small server at the time but now it has grown into something big. 

    What date did you start playing on the community? (roughly) I think I started about 2 or 3 years ago but I didn’t go on the forums or really do anything. I just played an OFC in the PD and caught criminals.

    Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) I believe I would deserve this rank because I have previous experience along with real life experience with jobs and opportunities. I am also a massive theater guy so I can definitely stay calm during stressful situations, and I can multitask a lot. I love helping people with their problems and issues in life. It really makes me feel good and I love doing it. I would also try to be on everyday that I possibly can so I can get better acquainted with how the Gaminglight system, and staff team works. I love working with others. I am a great team player and I have a chill mindset. I have been with the server for a long time, and have supported the community with donations, and now I want to support the community with lots of sits, and helpfulness. I do believe that I should get this rank and that I would do a very good job doing it, and I think everybody playing on GL would have have a fun experience on PoliceRP.

    How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? When getting the report I would bring both the person that reported the MRDM. and the person who is said to have MRDMed after that I would ask for each of theirs sides of the story if the person that I just brought into the sit started cursing at me I would tell politely to stop but if they kept going, I would then gag them so they would not cause trouble during the sit. After a few seconds of trying to calm the person down. I would again ask for their sides of the story. If the person did it again after I told them not too. Then I would gag and mute them from voice chat and regular chat. Finally I would ask the person who reported this how many people do they think he/she RDMed along with checking logs and giving them warnings for RDM and foul language. If they started doing this again I would simply give it to a higher up and ask them to give him/she a 5 day ban from the server. Then return everybody that was involved in the sit back, and end the sit. Hoping to get a 5 star rating!

    Myself and other staff members have received a lot of reports on you and other ABG family members over the past few days/ week for a number of different topics, just today I watched you and other ABG members breaking priority rules on a number of occasions and cop baiting police into chasing you. After dealing the the line of sits that came in about y'all, I decided to spectate you and make sure you guys weren't doing anything foolish that would maybe warrant a sit from a player. 

    The video you provided was what I went off of for the player dis warn which as I attempted to say to you on the few times you called me over, was for the tone of your voice and language you used, which can be considered disrespectful even if taken out of character. You guys should know the rules by now considering the fact that I have let you and your family members off with verbal warnings in the past, with hopes of you taking some time to read the MOTD and become proactive in following the rules.

    I understand the frustration, however they may all agree that you need to work on this specific area to improve. 
     

    Personally I try and make my own response each time I +support or -support something, however sometimes I don't because of what someone else said, and I agree with what they stated or they simply put what I was thinking as well.
