Admin that Banned you: i forget..

Reason for Ban: I was reported by a player for carjacking without announcing it and as a result i was banned by an admin. 

Dispute:  My defense is that i was unaware i had to manually announce carjack, since previous crimes ie "shop robberies" are automatic..

I am new to the server and did not fully understand the rules. 

I appologize to staff and members involved for their time.
