I know I'm new, I had another user with similar name, with 0 warnings and 5 days, unfortunately the user was stolen because of CSGO scam site

(150 Word Minimum):In my opinion, I deserve to be a team because I am very responsible and very experienced, I know the job and do no protections, I am sociable and available to do the job properly and willing to take the responsibility to donate and make the effort to help the community,Plus I think I can contribute and help from my knowledge of RP and make the game experience more enjoyable.

How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? First thing I do is ask her / him to stop cursing if he doesn't stop I give him a GAG, I freeze him for not shooting me and asking one of the people who died to see a record, if the person did it I will give him a warning or ban for a certain time For killing many people on purpose.
