Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum): Well, first of all, I have the experience and ability to bring order to the members of the server, with the help of the rules and guidelines for punishments, I will be able to do my job much better, I am an active person on the server and TS, sometimes I do not have all the time of the day to enter but when I can I do, also, I have always liked to guide the new members in giving them the warmest welcome to the server and its rules, I have learned from my mistakes on the server and that has made better person in life, always eager to learn, teach and punish those who do not wish to follow the rules and disturb the peace in the server. I am a friendly and understanding person, besides having fun with people. And this is important to be able to moderate well. I think it is unnecessary to say this but I speak Spanish and English, I see that from time to time we have some Spanish speakers and I would feel very lucky to be able to be someone useful for them.
How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: Well, being so, it would be very obvious that this person does not care about the consequences of his actions, nor would he be willing to try to repair what he has done or ask for forgiveness for his actions, guiding me from the Staff Handbook, I would apply the sanction correspondent, 4+ RDM/RDA (Mass RDM/RDA) - Formal Warning + 5 day Ban, also, because of his dissrespect, I would apply an extra formal warn, 1x Disrespect - Warning (Verbal or Formal). Finally, I would like to say that even if the author of the RDM apologized or tried to repair what he did, he would have to be banned, no matter what.

+Support, I like it, makes more sense and it is more specific than the actual MOTD, since not everybody knows about 939, It would be good to include this information and clarify some rules about the SCP

-Support, armor and hp is ok in GENSEC jobs like NCOs or Enlisted, I wouldnt consider to add more hp or armor than they have because then you would need to boost Nu7 too, I think Nu7 and Wardens have to be like the jobs with most hp and armor if we are talking about Combatants (Im not including E11)

Why do you want to join the O5 staff team: I have the necessary experience to join O5 Team, I am very dedicated and always try to do my job as best as I can, I have already spent time watching the top ranks doing their jobs and learning from them.
Why should we accept you: First, I want to show everybody that I changed my person, I'm not the same Francisco as 1 month, I dont commit the same stupid mistakes and I feel im ready to show you that I can do the things in a right way, taking this job in a very serious way and obviously having fun in it, roleplaying.

- Fri Ma 13/ARDM/SCPRP: I left my computer on and my brother came to my room for playing, I forgot to close Gmod and he started killing everyone on Bunkers as a CI, I explained that to the staff and commanders, they said It was my responsability so I accepted it.
-Mon Mar 22/RDM-ARDM IN ADMIN SIT): It happened again, My lovely brother START KILLING EVERYONE AS A CI AGAIN, This time I was on LCPL so It really hurted when I got demoted and DNT for 2 weeks (I will come back). This time I punished my brother because I already told him to do not touch my computer.
Why should we allow you to be an Event Team Member (150+ Words)?: Ok, First of all, I consider myself as an active person, very extrovert and self-starter for doing my job with excellence, This while i get fun ofc, I like to listen to the most experienced people on the Server and learn from them to ve as well as they are. As a child I learned to listen to community's opinion for have an idea about what do they want and what WE can do as staff members. We have to work as a team and get fun with everybody because we are this, a strong community with good guys and girls, Then If you want somebody who you can trust responsabilities. I'm 100% sure you are looking for this guy hahahahah, I know sometimes our game can give us limits for creating different events and activites, but we always are improving ourselves. Its very strange to see me AFK from the game and I am generally attentive to anyone who needs help or support.
Describe an event you could create (The more specific the better): Oooh yes yes ok, Well this event name could be "Lobo, are you there?" The game consists in that there is going to be a murder/SCP like the 194, that is going to be inside a house, the rest will start singing something and walking around the house, in circles, Its obligatory to sing because we all need to participate and if it could get better, a staff member can play an instrumental of a popular song, when the song is over, or it passed around 30 seconds, somebody will ask to the murder, "Murder, are you there?" And the murder can choose to reply with "No, Im not" or "Yes, I am >:)" In case He responds with "No. im not" The rest will need to start singing again till he responds with "Yes, I am" and leaving the house to start chasing everyone.

What is your favorite SCP? Why?: I like SCP-035, I share his ideology about the life and what is to be an scp, for me, He is the most aware of everything that happens around him, and he is not like other SCPS that only likes to kill people, nah.

What are you suggesting? - I suggest to increase SCP-096 speed a bit
How would this change better the server? - This would have more sense about the job because we know that nobody can run or be safe from SCP 096 if you see his face.
Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - Well, If you see him it would be an instant kill as we know, unless you have an ascensor next to you
Who would this change mostly benefit? - Every person who uses SCP 096

Dispute: Hello and thanks for reading me, I was banned yesterday for RDM, well this accident happened before, it wasn't me, It was my little brother, he have 7 years old, I already talked with him the first time that I had a problem like this and seems that he dont listen, anyways Is my responsability because Is my computer and I shouldn't leave the game ON, people that know me on CHAOS INSURGENCY knows that I really love the job and I have a good relationship with everyone.. Anyways I got demoted from the job and Its ok, I understand it, I'll try to join CI again, Also Im sorry for people who got affected in this problem, I really sorry and I would like to get unban for keep playing in my favorite server.

What did the player do: Someone was telling to him that I talked Bad about Peggu, a Higher up range in SCP RP. Think that it´s totally false, they did it 2 times, I asked for some evidence and they deny it to me. There are no arguments and they only say "I heard you"... When I Talk I always look around and who´s hearing me.
Evidence (required): I have Photos and people that was on the Bunk
What do you believe should happen to the player: They should be demoted, they re for their power.
Any extra information: They demoted me 3 times, the first one was for NLR and I admit it, the next 2 was because of "SOMEONE" heard that I talked bad about a Higher up rank, Today I didnt get to the Security LCPL job, I was as a Junior Researcher
