    Marv's Commander Application

    I disagree with that thinking for multiple reasons:

    • Just because Marv is the VCMDR of Shock doesn't make him CMDR material. 
      • It seems like anyone can be Shock these days. New Shock Trainees and Privates are often very mingey, and are sometimes even going around and mass-arresting others on the ISD. This is a sign of poor leadership, or at minimum poor communication of what is expected of new Shock recruits.
      • For being the ship's police force, Shock is often disorganized and ineffective.
      • BCP is often entirely unguarded even when Shcok is online, leaving other units to pick up the slack.
      • Activity within the unit is poor.
    • Marv's tendency to arrest anyone on a whim (for dancing, even) seems unbecoming of a CMDR.
      • I often do not feel that I can trust Marv to be impartial, since he arrests people for literally ANYTHING.
    • Marv's activity in comparison with other VCMDRs on the ISD is very low.

    I would say that, if Marv wants this job, he needs to up his own activity and fix Shock in a big meaningful way, and quickly.

    I have also recently heard from multiple intelligence sources that you have been "Minging" on Imperial RP. Such act as a Vice Commander in a Battalion is a very distasteful thing to do. You should hold the upmost respect for Imperial Role Play! Anyways i digress and i do not think that you are adequate for the position of ID-10 in Inferno Squadron. Good Luck

    8. Why do you think this warn was false: I was in a sit with an SF and during it I was spawning crates on top of his head. I know I was told to stop and I should have stopped but I didn't think it was that bad. I also did it as no where in the rules said that you were not allowed to do it. The sit ended and then hawkeye brought me back to the sit and told me I was going to be warned for staff disrespect. I think this was false as I never insulted the staff, made any remarks or anything else. I then said that it was in no way disrespectful and Hawkeye told adam to warn me for staff disrespect.

     

    9. Any extra information: After the warn was given to me Hawkeye then proceeded to act in a vindictive manner, telling Adam that he knows the owner of the CC and that i'll be removed because he is in that persons discord.

    However you can be a bit mingy at times but you know when to stop and you have shown you can stop in the past as well and I believe you would be a lot more serious if given the chance to be a officer I just hope you can prove me right and you probably will.

    Why Do You Want To Become An NCO? [75+ Words]
    I want to become an NCO so that I can help any officers and aid them with any situation required. I could be helping them with tryouts or showing what IF do to new members. I am also in a different time zone which would mean that I could show IF to new players and increase the popularity. I am on most of the days for multiple hours which shows my devotion to the battalion. I also want to become an NCO so that I can deal with any immaturity that is happening or they are being disrespectful to any other battalion. 

    How could you assist Inferno Squad Command with this rank?  [30+ Words]
    I could guide new Inferno Squad members around so that they have a clear understanding on what to do. As a previously stated I could assist my superior commanding members in any situations such as sims, tryouts.

    I know the tryout doc pretty well and I know what Inferno Squad do. I was previously a SL so I know the dos and don'ts.

    Katie is an incredible member of the 501st, and has proven time and time again that she is willing to go above and beyond for the 501st, she embodies all of the qualities required for a Vice Commander. Katie is not only effective in leading her troops, but is exceedingly amazing at it, knowing when to to be lenient, and when to be firm.
