    What you want to see? - The Dispatch department come back to gaming light police rp

    Why should we add it? - Back when it was still a department, to my knowledge, a lot of people liked it. The department brought value to both the government, and civilian population by organizing and assigning officers to certain calls, managing who is available and who isn't, so government departments could work as efficiently as possible. The value it brought to the civilian population was having a department dedicated for taking calls and reports, creating a better user experience overall on the server. and their are a lot of people who would love to see this department back.

    What are the advantages of having this? - It would create a more organized environment on radio and between officer and government communication. the more organized environment would add another sense of professionalism and realism to the government side of police rp. it would also create new roleplay scenarios and possibly bring back some old gaminglight members to police rp who want a roleplay focused job but one that isn't affected by mechanical skills like aiming or driving. The overall advantage is to create more roleplay scenarios for both government and criminal/civilian members of the community.

    Who is it mainly for? - Mainly for government communication but also for civilian/criminal jobs for roleplay scenarios

    Note:

    I'm hoping we can bring back the dispatch department. We had a lot of dedicated members who loved being in the department, and loved the extra roleplay experiences that dispatch provided. And I'm certain we will have a lot of returning members come back for dispatch. This would not only increase the engagement in the server but also increase the quality of experiences that members of the community have. I am just asking to take this into consideration as I, and many others in the community, would love to see dispatch brought back.

    Hey there everyone, this day was coming for a while, i am sad to leave but i have a lot of other things outside of gmod to do now, i might still be on the server every once and a while but i wont be able to fufil any of my swat duties, thank you to everyone who has helped me, thank you everyone for making me feel welcome to swat, i hope i will be able return to swat sometime but as of now i wont be able to be on consistently

    Shield Pushing is a tacitic Adapted SPECIFICALLY to this game for tac, in order for it to even be possible to raid bases, as "Maze Bases" and ETC are NOT a thing "In Real Life" 
    You want to add "Realism" to a GAME, which is already as close to reality as possible. Funilly Enough, shild pushing is a tactic IRL. 

    Please understand, you are trying to do this to "Nerf" Gov Jobs, when gov and crim are already balanced out a LOT, but SMT consistently. Its MUCH harder to raid a base then to defend, which is why we have a armor and weapon advantage as stated above (And not always now) 

    Shield Pushing and Rushin should ALWAYS be allowed and it was always a tactic used by gov!

    Hi guys, it’s nathan and I just want to say I love the department but I cant be in it right now as I am starting to focus on BoS and SCO19 as of now, if I get more time I will come back to FBI, but right now I just don’t have the time, I love the department and everyone in it.

    I agree with Manjini

     but the situation is a little ify as there is nothing that directly states what to do in that type of situation in the hand book, i went to mikey about it because he nor i knew exactly what to do, at first i said dont warn him until we got conformation so i went to mikey and asked him how we should punish someone for sexual harassment and Mikey told me to warn them for harrasment and punish them how you would punish for harrasment, i said ok and went to tell manjini, so manjini proceeded to warn him for harrasment, the reason i got involved in the sit is manjini asked for help in that situation to see if it was sexual harassment, i said it can depend depending on the person that is making the report if they had any previous experiences with stuff like this, @Tritexstated in the sit he has had past experiences with sexual harrasment. it would be good to get a statement from @Tritex to get his point of view, as i am unable to speak for him, i am saying as of now i think the sit was valid and the warn was valid but it could be removed due to the confusion on our side due to nothing about this being in the staff handbook.

    Can I host mock trials

    I have a question for staff as it’s not mentioned in the judicial rules, am I allowed to host mock trial to help train new judges or people that want to be attorneys so they can receive court experience and learn how they should act on the job as well as learn how to use the job with some real life accuracy.

    The job currently is a paid job. Having it as a non paid job means everyone that paid for the job, that money that they put into the server now becomes null/void

    As I have stated in my response to be happy it still can be a paid job, but they would be able to get trained on how to be a judge if this is accepted
