    Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) Well I would love to join the staff team once again, I use to be admin for the server back in 2020 and it was pretty fun. I enjoyed doing what I can to try to make the server a better place, unfortunately I went inactive for to long and now I am no longer part of staff. I am now a 911 dispatcher and I think with the skills I have learned from dispatching I can help even the toughest sits and the most upset people calm down. I also just enjoy the community and want it to keep going for as long as possible and would like to help it do so. 

    How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would start by muting them, trying to de-escalate the situation and try to talk with them to help them better understand what they are doing is wrong and not enjoyable for other players. Then I would warn them and ask my higher up to give them a five day ban and make sure they understand why they are being banned and how long for.

    I thought SWAT was something else but its not how I thought it was gonna be and i'm also busy with staff so not much time for rp. I think someone better can take my place and do better.
