I Believe Jones should get this because he is always on Royal Guard. While on his job he does not mess around he stands with someone and preforms exactly what the Royal Guard is suppose to do. He also trains most the cadets that get on Royal Guard. He is always serious during role play and helps the Royal Guard Cadets when they are confused.
