Why do you want to join Alpha-1? What will you bring to the regiment? (150 word minimum): So the reasons I want to join Alpha 1 are numerous, however I shall condense it to spare the reader of this application of my wordiness. I shall instead ensure that I only have three main point of why I wish to join. Number 1: I have experience with this regiment and quite enjoyed my experience while inside of the unit. This is a lesser reason why I wish to join however it still influenced by Decision to make this application. Number 2: I wish to learn more discipline from joining this unit. While I believe that I am already quite a bit disciplined, I still wish to become more so. And I believe that the Red Right Hand would help me become more disciplined and regulated. And then lastly, Number 3: I simply wish to help this server in the way that I best know how. As I have stated previously I have been in the Alpha-1 Before (Revival SCP-RP). And I have found that, it just seems to be my calling. I want to do this heavily. And I'm enjoying this server so far, and I wish for it to continue being up and if by becoming a member of the Alpha-1 Red Right Hand I can help it then I'll do that.
Imagine you are supervisor in A1, you have a Private who is minging and disobeying all rules stated within the SOP. Briefly explain the actions you would take and who you would talk to about this situation?: Well I would make sure to give them only two opportunities to shape up. First I would pull them in and talk to them Privately. And if by god that doesn't work I'll smoke them in front of their peers. And if they continue after that then I can deduce that they do not, in fact, even want to be in the Alpha 1 if they are not willing to put in the basic amount of effort to be in it.
