- When I train utility trainees, I start by asking if they want to be trained for medical or maintenance. The majority of the time they tell me they didn't even know they could train for medical.
- New players that spawn in the maintenance training room are generally just moved into a maintenance training as they don't question their options
- There is no real downside to this
- We have room in medical bunks for a training room (i.e. sectioned spawn or taking over the office that no one uses)

How many warns do you have: 0Why do you want to join O5 Staff Team: I want to join so I can help higher ranks during combat and RP.I also want to join to have more fun on the sever and help other people have fun to. It just seems like a cool position to go into that can be really good for RP. I want to try out other positions also since I've been on the sever for a long time and only joined some branches.
Why should we accept you: I've been around in medical for over a year now. I have experience in a high command position but resigned from it so that's the reason I'm not one anymore. I also have around 10 weeks on the sever. I can help out with RP in a fun way. I am starting to get more active after coming back onto the sever. I also have experience in both branches of utility. I played maintenance before it was called maintenance (I did janitorial and technical.) I got to a decent rank in janitorial and got to the second rank in technical. My main has always been medical though.

+ Support. All we really have for RP is a med kit atm. Other stuff like this would help out a lot for RP and make it more fun for newer people. Possibly making them want to stay around medical longer.

I remember waiting in janitorial bunks for 2 hours sitting on my phone waiting to get trained by cornbread while jack was getting PK for going on surface as a low rank technician.
