Why do you want to join Omi-9? What will you bring to the regiment? (150 word minimum): As a previous member of Alpha-1 and a notable member of pre-reform gensec, I should be well known enough that I don't need to prove my competence much anymore, but all the same I will say that Omi-9 seems to be better than A1, if not only for the no code of silence (lol.) among the available classes and activity. As former member of A1, I find interest in the branch as a replacement to the roles I had prior to my resignation. I cannot promise extreme activity, but I am back and can be on multiple times a week if I have the time. I bring past experiences, leadership skills, strategy and so forth as has been demonstrated in the past for any who may recognize me.
Imagine you are supervisor in Omi-9, you have a Private who is minging and disobeying all rules stated within the SOP. Briefly explain the actions you would take and who you would talk to about this situation?: I would, depending on the severity, strike the individual or demote them out of the branch with an at length description of their behavior and a justification for my actions (in the event I can demote them), and I would speak to the next highest up, or the head of the branch about the situation to clarify and validate my actions in an official and known medium.

I've been fairly lenient and kind to many people, I've been going out of my way to avoid calling staff sits on shit that annoys the piss out of me even when I'm RDM'd as a joke where it REALLY shouldn't be happening to spare them the time and energy. Instead I opt to speak to them and get them to stop first by letting them know it's not okay. Nothing I've said is anything you can hold me against, I will merely not make those efforts any longer.
That cannot ethically or morally be held against me. If I opt to be less considerate than I have been unnecessarily out of the kindness of my heart due to a staff decision which is both unreasonable and unjust I have no reason to respect or consider the stress put on staff by their work load, especially if their work load is going to consist of warning me for such absolutely fucking baseless shit. Let alone when so many in the cabal are parroting the same invalid talking point as if it goddamn applies to the situation as some sort of way to stand against me BeCaUsE MuH dIsReSpEcT. I've been VERY respectful and OVERLY passive and considerate of staff by majority of my time spent, and me deciding to reduce that in retaliation to something I find to be wholly and entirely unjust is both justified AND morally correct. -

Jakub, this isn't a + - support thing. It's not a suggestion. It's an evidence based appeal of an action of authority. It doesn't matter how I would feel. It's not a public show of disrespect OR even targeted behavior. I named no names. You can't use that excuse or reasoning here. It doesn't work. End of story, leave it to the people who actually handle the evidence and such. This isn't a debate, or a democratic vote.

Yes and I'm saying that this isn't fucking good enough. It's not specific, it names no names, it's not public, it's not targeted. In no way can you demonstrate or prove out of what I've shown you any of the former. This isn't specific or clear enough to warn me on. That's like warning someone for vaguely saying "son of a bitch" with no context, you can't prove or demonstrate any of it. You know he's calling someone a son of a bitch but you don't know who, why, or anything to actually demonstrate it. It's thought policing at that point. It's not direct enough to constitute a fucking player diss. For fucks sake the MOST you could justify out of this is a verbal warning to cool it.

What warning did you receive: Warned me for this, and I'm pretty fucking sure to constitute a player diss it has to be directed, public, and drop a specific name. This is way too fucking vague, I'm not going to let this sit *OR* drop it, hell no.

Why do you think this warn was false: As far as I am aware a player diss is a public targeted insult to someone, while what I said was vague and non-specific and non-public. No way shape or form would this constitute player diss, you can't even tell me which player it was fucking directed at. NOT TO MENTION that even the persons who had the microwave by that point couldn't even see it or know about it. Bullshit.
Any extra information: How about you weld the fucking microwave in EZ instead of letting some jackass keep bringing it into d-block every day? That would have avoided this whole thing. Just a suggestion though, because it's what started this whole thing.

What you want to see? - Fire extinguisher ammo be purchasable through the f4 menu for the same quantity and cost as buying a new one (for the sake of keeping the cost/benefit balance) so we no longer need to die to get a reload/new one, and or security RCF spawning with a fire extinguisher to counter balance the fact.(Edit: If there is no ammo type, there should be a method of discarding the extinguisher and attaining a new one.)
Why should we add it? - As it currently stands fire extinguishers can only be purchased in the armory for any class however once you run the fire extinguisher out of ammo you are left with zero ability to obtain a new one or reload it without dying.
What are the advantages of having this? - These changes, one and or the other, would remove the strain of having to die and wait NLR just to obtain a new fire extinguisher at the armory or go to the armory in the first place just for an extinguisher. It is, in the opinion of many I have spoken to, a reasonable quality of life change to what currently stands as an unreasonably harsh method of acquiring a new extinguisher. This also means we do not have to lose any purchased guns for a fire extinguisher, thus making us unable to get a new one at all for that reason.
Who is it mainly for? - All branches capable of purchasing and having utility in a fire extinguisher.

Gamikzone warned me a while back for a branch diss while I was in a scuffle with research. I said something about their training being really bad. Since then the bad blood has all but *entirely* evaporated with research, and nothing else has been done against me in such a long enough period that I think it is fair for the warn to be revoked. I am, to anyone who knows me, clearly not a problem causer. I understand if this cannot be rescinded but the nature of it being such a large misunderstanding in the first place gives me reason to at least try to fight it once.
Rabbit warned me for mic spam, probably an inaccurate warn? I don't recall playing much at all that day, I was becoming rapidly mentally exhausted and I've.. never gotten into a sit or otherwise for mic spam, because.. I don't do that? In any case I might get LOUD sometimes, sure, but that's just the autism talking with me. I don't uh.. no? This never happened? If so, I've never seen proof? +support, this ruins gensec, makes it completely impossible to enjoy with the already monotonous waiting and other nonsense we have to deal with- either remove NLR for gensec or nerf the hammer. It's not just me, many people are thinking about quitting gensec over this damned weapon.

How would you rank your knowledge of the lore?: I would say it's fair. I'm very competent when it comes to my knowledge of the lore, though I am no expert.
Why should you be in Chaos Insurgency? (75 word minimum): At my time in the foundation I find it often boring, obnoxious to deal with, sometimes unprofessional and irritating. Being in the Chaos Insurgency would be a way to both assist in.. punishing these behaviors, while also giving something else to be done about times where things are not quite interesting. I believe I would be able to provide some structure to the Chaos Insurgency through my ability to lead raids and aim the business end of my weapon, along with my deep pool of strategic methods. It would certainly be more entertaining than being MTF+Security.
What is something that sets you apart from other applicants?: I have been playing scp rp's for years. I know the backbone of this system and I am confident in my ability to be a very useful and intelligent asset to the combat end of the insurgency, especially during raids. I am, at heart, a commander. I have the confidence, but more than that the competence to back it up, albeit sometimes I have better days than others.
How active can you be?: Fairly active! I may how ever have to eventually vanish due to either my obligations to my game development, or real life things getting ahead of me. Usually I can play every day of the week, how ever.
Do you have both Teamspeak and Discord: Yep and yep.
