What are you suggesting? - Add back a different Mining system for a donator rank of D class, but instead of using it to make weapons, you use it exclusively to make cash. First, I'd put the Donator rank required in order to get to the job to be at Silver or gold and restrict the class to be 3 people on the job max with further donator ranks able to purchase additional equipment past the usual, if at all possible. Furthermore, The D class job specifically made to make the Mining equipment can be both regulated easily to reduce potential lag, Reduce potential lag through restricted numbers, and to reduce lag by making the equipment in question removable easily due to it being a bought entity. In addition to this, the zone that can be dedicated to mining can be inside of the D block Arena that has been almost nearly useless as no one has legitimately used it for combat and the restriction to the room can both encourage people to use less entities from the reduced space, reduce the potential lag due to the reduced possible entity count, and make sure D class cant use the Entities in order to minge. Next, the money itself given out per ingot sold can be regulated to be as low or as high as needed, allowing for it to be buffed/nerfed with suggestions or SMT/Staff Discretion. Lastly, it can encourage people to pay more for a donator job that can earn them more money through a legitimate means. To justify the D class having the ability to mine for Foundation can be explained as the Foundation using the Labor of their captors in order to further fund the Foundation and its operations by putting the seller for the Gold in the back of upper D block or in the same room as where the ores are. Finally, it can be added as a specific Custom Class type that doesnt spawn with weaponry, but are specifically made to be able to guarantee a slot and its own mining sector since the Addon has a way to create their own privatized Mining sector.
How would this change better the server? - It can encourage people to play on the server more often and almost guarantee at least someone on the job trying to make bank. Furthermore, it can give an easier alternative for people to make money besides staying AFK during the night. In addition to this, it can give people to do during down times when the job is available and it can give the wasted potential space in D block a way to be used. Plus, it can bring back a type of system that had been used in days past.
Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - The entities used in the refinement process of ores can cause some lag for the server if used incorrectly or in a inappropriate way.
Who would this change mostly benefit? - The change will benefit those with a high enough donator rank to be able to get to the class and those who are willing to put in the hours needed to grind for higher amounts of money.

What are you suggesting? - Buff the USAS to give it an accuracy of 7|4 or 5-5
How would this change better the server? - It would make the weapon viable as an actual shotgun rather than a Platinum only 5K Melee weapon

An HP buff wouldn't be as useful as a sword damage buff because it doesnt reduce the DPS against you/help kill the people shooting at you, bringing it back to the reason why he needs a buff in the first place. He cant reduce the DPS/people shooting so he'd die at the same pace, albeit might take a little longer.

What are you suggesting? - The sword on SCP-076-2 needs to be updated in order to do more damage so that the SCP in question can remain a viable threat to the Foundation and earn its ranking as not only a Gold level donator job, but as a well known and extremely dangerous Keter Level SCP. While I don't know exactly what might be a perfect balancing point for the damage output of the sword should be, but I think the sword should get, at the very least, a double in damage from 120 Damage a swing to 200-240, preferably 240, damage a swing to make it a threat to every Foundation personnel rather than a nuisance to be dealt with and discarded.
How would this change better the server? - The change to the SCP would make the SCP more viable to play, makes the threat of the SCP being breached more of an actual threat, and give those who have donated a better class to pick over other SCPs such as 939(s) and 682. Furthermore, it will make the experience of those less skilled on the class greater and give them a fighting chance while giving seasoned players a better advantage against the Foundation for longer lasting and more extensive breaches. Lastly, in its current state, most classes in the game are able to take quite a few hits from his sword and survive, including D Class expert - Them having an HP pool of 125 lets them survive a hit with 5 health remaining, the same goes for the starter Gensec class Security OFC - and anything above to survive multiple hits with some on the extreme end of the HP pool having to take over 5 consecutive hits to kill, making it near impossible for the SCP to survive even small groups of MTF assaulting at once, regardless of the skill of MTF, the collective HP pool of all of the MTF, and the weaponry of the MTF.
Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - The change to the sword damage can make the SCP a very dangerous SCP to fight against and make those who do not coordinate properly against him to die and discourage MTF from trying to fight against them. This is furthered by when highly skilled players make it into places like LCZ and make it extremely difficult for MTF to terminate the SCP. Furthermore, it could, in extreme cases with a collaborative effort of either D class or CI, cause a Defcon 1 scenario due to most SCPs getting into certain sections of the Foundation and making it almost impossible to be able to properly stop any breaches.
Who would this change mostly benefit? - The change will benefit mainly those with Gold donation ranking or higher so they can have a viable alternative to the other SCPs in captivity and give a larger incentive to those under the rank of Gold to donate to get to the higher rank or upgrade their current rank in order to play as the SCP. Furthermore, it can give Event team members a better suited melee weapon to use for events on dangerous SCPs or personnel and give CI a better tool for causing Chaos among the Foundation site.

-Support Bruh yall are literally on par with and, in most cases, better than Nu7 jobs excluding Explosive Spec. You deal with, at most, 100/100 D class or 150/100 if a Pro gets Armory access. IMO, your classes are just fine how they are and even require a nerf in a few areas cause its kinda dummy stupid your starter rank gets arguably the best SMG/Non Heavy weapon in the server.
