Question: how does scp 527 talk, and does he have gills
Background Research: in the document it says he is just like any human but with a fish for a head
Hypothesis:I think he has a vocal cord exactly like ours and lungs not gills
Observation/Visual Stimuli(Photos/videos): steam screenshots that will be put in soon
Analysis and Conclusion: after an interview with 527 he says he has a throat and mouth just like us, and use lungs for above water breathing, while gills for below

What you want to see? - a new branch called the serpents hand, that in the scp universe, simmilar to the CI as they raid the facility, but different, as they are on the side of the scp.
Why should we add it? - it seems like something that is cool and could work, as well as have a new threat to the foundation
What are the advantages of having this? - more action on the gensec side of things
Who is it mainly for? - people who like to team with scp's and play CI
