What makes you a good trainer?: I actively train recruits and stick to the format with my own twists. I am getting better though each and every time. I don't stop training recruits until my throat is dry, I'm going to sleep, or I'm busy with a raid in D Block. I do my best in all the training I give. Besides what the general FTO is expected to do, I carry out my tasks effectively and to the best of my ability.

 

How many training sessions have you had approximately (JFTO only): I've lost count however I would approximate around a total of 15ish. Give or take, it is only an approximation. I do know that I have more than 20 trainees though. (Shown in trainer responses)

 

Suggestions: Let FTO+ do trigger discipline to lower enlisted.
