    - Have had issues with Alton before

    - for 16, trial mods cannot ban and the correct punishment is listed in the staff handbook, leading me to believe that you haven't actually read it.

     

    Overall, I just do not feel that you are ready for staff. Your application is decent but it has a lot of small errors that could have been easily avoided. You're pretty active ingame but I rarely see you on Teamspeak and this was your first forums post. If you get denied this time, I'd recommend rereading the staff handbook and taking a little bit more time on your application, as well as increasing your forums activity.

    Everytime it was closed by the staff member you made another staff call for the same reason, stating “help”

    You're trying to make it seem like you did nothing wrong using the excuse "I did nothing, that was someone with another name" when you did enough to get blacklisted. SMT would not accidentally blacklist you then deny your appeal.

    Really does look like you were instigating the situation, especially by going through a player report. Everyone knows the enviroment on GL, as much as we would like, it tends to happen that this is often how people mess around.

    The point of PD is not to be buffed, that's why tac-units exist. Whether they are on or not, but like with the update. Better weapons may be coming for those lower enlisted officers.

    Digging around, found this photo. Dated about August 30 of 2018. I don't remember much of this day, mostly I got on and tazer rushed and then argued against an admin about how unrealistic that sounded. I never knew much.

    I have been around long enough to personally see chikens progression from a minge that everyone dislikes, including myself, to a changed and quite frankly reformed individual. When chicken expressed interest in joining SRT, SRT high command sat down and decided the only way we would let him in the department would be if he left WTAP and was under extreme supervision. Chiken literally became a new person, this once trouble maker was now one of the best, if not the best SRT members. He was extremely respectful to all of his peers, including in the criminal party. He continuously kept his cool when people were neglecting to notice the changed Chiken and were accusing him of his past. This is very apparent with several high-influence members of this community.

    Chiken was on the right road for a change. He no longer wanted to be known for his tainted past and rather wanted people to see him as a mature and professional individual which I firmly believe he had become when he joined SRT. 

    He is changed, in addition, he doesn't even meet the warning limit for a perm ban. Warns were duped and never removed which was neglected when the ban was issued.  One last thing i wish to add; I have been with e community for two years and I have never seen someone change so drastically in so little time. I think it is a shame that he was banned without exploring his side of the story.
