This staff member, SupremeChow has quite evidently put in many hours into staffing and also committedΒ himself for the betterment of the community whenever he was able to and proceeds to till this day with great activity, motivation and support. He performs well in pretty much every area of staffing I can think of when dealing with situations of any sort in regards of the community, and especially with him being here for quite a while alongside his experienceΒ I can only see this individual move up to his respected rank in staff.

    Best of luck!

  2. Well, I must say this is pretty hard to make in the time of writing as this is one of the departments that I truly didn't want to resign from but due to given circumstances in time of writing It's hard. This department has shaped me into a much better person while also giving me the chance to see new faces and new friends since my last time in SRT. Hence, why SRT will hold a true meaning in my heart though it being a virtual tactical team.

    Thank you all,

    SupremeLord

Are you a Staff Member Within Gaminglight?
    Yes.

How often are you on TeamSpeak?
Always when there's anything regarding TS, whether it'd be to communicate with people I know or during RP.

Why would you want to join our Support team (Word Count 150+)?

I would wish to join the GL Support Team to further allow myself to help GamingLight more in regards of people who are new and require assistance when it's needed in TeamSpeak, as my experience in Staff and overall RP I can see when people need help in getting tags or any assistance from a Support Member. I can also see myself being able to help the new-comers of GL due to the the factor that I usually do nothing but talk when I can further expand my help to GL Community as this is also a great opportunity for me to explore in a helpful way to allow other people get back into Role-play when they need to, such may include when one joins PRP and gets trained, ImperialRP when people join branches and etc. With the fundamentals I've learned and gained throughout 3 years of experience that I've gained in the GL Community, I deem myself to be extremely helpful when it is needed.

How do you think you could affect support staff in a positive way?

With all my experience gained throughout the years, I can provide activity, maturity, responsibility and anything else in regards of Support sits especially when dealing with GL players to fit the best of their needs.

How would you greet someone that has a problem in one of our support channels?Β

HelloΒ I'm SupremeLord from GL Support, how many I assist you today?

Have you read our rules and do you promise to uphold all those rules to the best of your ability?

    Yes.

    • I feel like many people could be warned for not giving the victim time to drop the money, however I think that the time should be at least 8 seconds not anymore due to gov. noticing the mug depending on where it's done.

There are several reasons why I am -supporting your application. First off, your activity is very on/off. You will be active for a week or two, then vanish for a month before returning for another week or two.Β

Second, your attitude needs serious work before I would consider +Supporting this. You can come across as extremely disrespectful and rude. You also come across as quite mingey at times. In addition, you can be quite unprofessional and immature.

Third, you tend to be quite a bias person. You target certain players you do not like, and like to boycottΒ themΒ (for lack of a better term). Being a staff member requires you to put all personal bias aside and handle sits as if you don't know the two people you are interacting with, as to not sway your decision. You can be quite petty towards those you do not like and I don't think this mindset is fit for staff.

Lastly, you need to work on your composure in certain situations. You get extremely heated quite quickly and lose your cool. There's been several times where I've seen you straight up RDM a player, or rant and rave at them when they do something you do not like. When you're handling staff sits you need to be able to keep your composure under tension.

In conclusion, I think you have a lot to work on before joining the staff team; then I would gladly +Support your app. However, I'd like to see a drastic change before I do.
