What would you like to see changed/added to SWAT?: Nothing atm, I'm fine with the current loadouts and etc. -

The rue was made ages ago to have something for gov to fall back on.
Sometimes you have situations where the Robber couldn't be more annoying and stalls and is minging or whatever.
On the other hand, the hostage should be rescued at all costs wich I do agree with. But again the objective for crim is to rob the bank and for gov to make sure this doesnt happen.
If we do this every criminal will just stall and end it in a shootout running out.
It's a matter of balance whenever possible. Try and get the hostage out at all costs. I mean, this is going to be one of my main goals in SWAT if I ever negotiate at any point. However; if the hostage taker is obviously stalling to kill the hostage and get the money, it becomes necessary to take matters into your own hands. Although obviously, don't gas the hostage. Normally a bank raid wouldn't have a timer IRL, but hey, different circumstances.

To be fair, if you're planning to RDM, I don't think you'd be looking to follow the law with a low powered weapon, you'd probably buy an SG and start unloading

Would maybe make the chat even more a pain to look at sometimes and just confusing for alot of people.
I like the idea and all, but in my eyes, it just adds more clutter to the chat and is really just unnecessary. The chat is small enough as it is, and adding that would make the text clearance really small

I think this is a really good idea, as there is a noticeable problem with the gunplay in GL to me. How could an innocent civilian defend themselves when a guy with a huge AR (e.x. AUG) comes up to them and the only thing they have to defend themselves with legally is a phony pistol, or with a gun license a low powered SMG? You can sense some unbalancing in this, as most people on the side of the pistol would obviously die whenever they go up against the AUG; you're clearly underpowered and outgunned, and you'd most likely die before you get the chance to call 911.
Adding a few new civilian targeted weapons would do us all a favor, as not only would it most likely improve the gunplay and decrease the willingness to break the law, it would also increase a sense of realism as civilians are allowed to own a LOT more than just pistols if you have the right certifications and licenses. The only real thing I have against this is the potential for impacting performance (although I have no idea how that could happen, it's only a model and an entity more depending on the amount you would add). Also, I can say from looking at the guns, they're really sexy (reason enough to add them lol).
I'd also appreciate adding the possibility for attachments, the Kar98k only comes with iron sights on neutral, and it being a long-range weapon, that may not add up well (but that's an entirely different suggestion in its own right.) -

Sometimes the sort of IP matching just isn't possible because VPNs do exist. Although I do second looking into this a bit more, this entire story just seems sketchy and I know Calamity would likely remember the voice of a well known ban evader. To note the sketchiness:
1: Even though he was knowledgable about the rules, why was he still breaking them?
2: Saying he's sick sounds like he's trying to cover something up, especially with the heat he had on the time (it seems)
3: The ol "my brother showed me this game" is thrown around a lot in appeals, and although not to insult the user, it really looks like he's trying to act really innocent with that bad grammar and confusion
4: why tf would you be putting furniture inside of bank? -

While I do support the idea of there being radar guns for PD as it would definitely increase RP, controlling cars in VCMod is already extremely hard and adding the factor of speed would be incredibly difficult. While you can tell your speed in cruise control, not everyone uses it, and without proper integration into VCMod it would be impossible for users (including gov) to see what speeds they were going unless they were using cruise control or in First Person mode with a working speedometer. There's also the point of increased lag and working add-ons and to be honest, we can just go off of eye, from what I've seen there is a clear line between flooring it and trying to control your vehicle somewhat. Pretty sure this has already been said many times before though so lol

Going off of my previous experiences as President, the only real powers given to him in terms of integration into the game are pretty limited in terms of RP scope (taxes don't really matter as let's be honest, the salary for jobs are pretty minuscule when looking at that compared to what Bitcoin can do, lottos and warrant requests don't really apply as power IMO, and while the law board can make for some good RP, I don't see it being used very often in my experience). Giving him more power to an extent could allow more fun and dedicated presidents, interesting RP, and a better experience on the job overall.
As for your suggestions:
- I do support the idea of letting the President ban guns outright, but legalizing Class 3 weapons is pretty out there. It would lead to some top tier chaos on the server and is pretty self-explanatory when you think about it.
- I'm neutral on the government disrespect thing.
- Allowing more flexibility on drug laws could be nice, but there should be a list of drugs that cannot be made legal (E.X. Cocaine) if this is implemented.
- Gonna be honest, a HUD display for laws would be pretty annoying and distracting. If that is implemented as well, it should be made toggleable for the people that don't like it or not implemented at all. -
Just saying, most of that came from the other guy in the passenger seat.

Why do you think this warn was false: Well, first of all, the 300 warn was them typing the incorrect thing because they were trying to minge him for 300 seconds but he warned him for it and he said it was on accident too. And for the racism, before the sit started, I was with my “friend” (ingame friend) and we were both on crips. So his friend said “My (N-word)” and Calamity ended up hearing. The friend was referring to me and then Calamity pulled us to a sit. During the sit, my friend was warned for racism and all I did was just defend how he shouldn’t have gotten warned but I understand the reason now. But anything else besides the defending my friend, I said nothing racial like about his race, and nothing that violated rules on the server like the n-word, and Calamity just warned my friend and I. I think Calamity forgot who said the n-word because I never said anything racial. I also think that I was needed to be brought to the sit in the first place because I wasn’t the one who even said the n-word. There was also no reason to minge me cause when the talking got intense, I didn’t start talking anymore, my friend did and I kept my mouth shut. My friend was getting very mad and got pretty heated, but I didn't say anything rash, therefore there was no reason to minge me.
Any extra information: Please don’t mind all the other warns, after this one, I should be able to appeal them all or at least around 36 of them. And I am also appealing 2 warns. P.S Elapin Helped me with this.

Why should we still keep you in EMS?: I'm a guy who would like to improve upon EMS a lot and try to be as active as possible in order to promote a better EMS department.

How many warnings do you have: 13-14 warnings. I am planning to become a better player, however, and stop being a minge both for me, and the community.
What departments are you in and what rank: Currently in - PD (Police Corporal) Was in - SWAT (Kicked out for not being trained)
Why do you want to be EMS (150 Words Minimum): I would like to be an EMS because, for one, it would be good for the entire server and the department itself, because 1, the EMS department has been heavily AFK recently, and 2, if an EMS is on it could help RP situations significantly, and would allow players to not have to walk back to their location everytime they die. It also seems like a very interesting and fun job, as it could allow you to see cool situations, such as raids, shootouts, etc. Honestly, it may be a learning experience and I am willing to put in the effort. Thank you for your consideration.
