    Not to mention that I put up in chat that it needed to calm down because EVERYBODY was doing it before the server restarted and warned that if it were to continue it would result in a 1 week ban. So, when the server restarted out of everybody I talked to, you said that and one guy pulled a racist remark. 

    I also need to mention while I did say that it was okay in RP (as long as it's not going against current events and you are just RPing as a criminal) there also needs to be a point to where you need to learn to NOT do something because again, everyone was pulling the comments in adverts, comments and OOC chat. Everyone stopped when I made the comment saying 1 week bans were going to start being handed out and you said what you said on the crash screen.

    Bans over 1 year old can no longer be appealed and seeing as how you have constantly tried to appeal this one, I doubt it will be appealed any time soon.

    Yeah, I was explaining what happened to Melon when we had an active money silo and he thought I meant reset by saying "shot me" and I was like "Wtf melon" as I was confused on why he shot me and since I said that Ender thought he RDMed me as he saw what happened so then he warned melon, but it was just a misunderstanding of all sides.

    Personally I think it should be a minimum of 10 seconds to comply UNLESS they are showing clear intentions of not complying (Screaming for help, running away, pulling a weapon, shit talking you)

    • Everyone's gonna be running around with M249's, gonna defeat the purpose of having other weapons. It should be like AWS which got nerfed heavily.
    • Giving LMG's to the public would heavily defeat the reason of buying a CC in the first place.
