    Why should you be promoted (150 words Minimum): I believe that over my time in the Police Department I have made a positive impact on the department itself and the community by being active as a Police officer and also upholding the standards of the Police force during patrol and training new cadets, I have trained a lot of cadets through my time as a supervisor and I have never seemed a complaint about any of them breaking rules or not following protocol. I believe this shows my leadership skills, I strongly believe I could bring a lot of things the role of being a member of low command which could improve the department as a whole, I have always loved being a member of the police department and I want to see it constantly improving and becoming the best department there is on the server, I tend to be active after 5pm GMT during the week and 8am-10pm on the weekends, usually I will be on when very little people are as it is an American server, multiple times I have been on there has only been 3-4 Police officers and 1-2 command members. I strongly feel I should be a Lieutenant for those reasons as well as my experience in other departments for example FBI, SRT, EMS and Interpol. I wish everyone a good next patrol and I would be honoured if I was accepted for this role.

    My time in interpol has come to an end. It was an amazing adventure. I saw the department change, literally from Internal Affairs to Interpol. I just want to say a huge thank you to Jimmy for giving me loads of amazing chances and options. I also want to apologise to jimmy for being a bad command member. I wish the department the best of luck. This also a Resignation from FBI aswell. Not the first resignation ive had to do from FBI but yeah ive had my good times and my bad times in the departments. So goodbye to both of you. And who knows i may be back in the future but we’ll see.

    Executive First Responder Kyle Watsons 48 Hour Notice

    To all first responders and members of True North EMS. I have had a wonderful time working with you all, however it has come to my attention that an overseer believes that i am inactive, this is due to to different time zones (me being in the Uk) I have been through this before and it has never ended well, most of the time it has ended with Administrative Leave. So I have decided that I cannot be bother to constantly be shamed by higher ups. I have tried my best to create first response to be the best sub department there is but as i have been assured i have have failed. So it is with great shame, i am resigning from first response and if i could I would leave Zage in Charge as he is very committed to the department. I just want to say thank you to everyone I served with. And i just want to say how distraught i am to have a new set of overseers ( EMS HC) try and bring me down again. Hope the best for the department. This is EFR1 going 10-07 for the last time.

    What do you want to achieve in EMS?: For First Responders to be the best sub department ever.

    Any Suggestions: Advanced Medic Mod would be nice but as we all know it will never get accepted even though i have tried it and it generates no lag. We need some more First Responder cars and maybe some more role play scenarios.

    I was watching over the hospital and I see someone jump in an EMS truck then see it reverse out of the car park i then noclip down and say get out and take him to a roof.  He continuesly tells me that he was “moving it” and i say he’s not allowed too do. He continues to shout at me that I cannot warn him as he was “moving it”. So I said stop arguing with me and i warn him for stealing a government vehicle and return him.

    You can see from the video that Spection used his powers to give surrounding PD/Tac Units gas to spam gas into the base during the raid. You can see at 0:51 that his health went from 21 to 0 in one tic (one gas grenade is a two tic meaning there would have to be over 10 gas thrown maybe more).  This is ruining the experience of other players and is extremely unfair. I dont think this should be happening at all.

(150 Word Minimum):  Hey there my name is Kyle Watson , the reason of why I should get trial moderator rank is because; I've been playing on Gaminglight Police Roleplay a lot and I really enjoy playing on gaminglight , and I'm active everyday, and I would love to be apart of the staff team , and help others from the players that are rule breakers , and I have lots experience with staffing And helping staff, I want to uphold the standards of Gaminglight as I love the community. I enjoy helping people that are having trouble with anything and I am always willing to help. I believe I could make a big difference due to the time I put into the server and if I'm not on but needed people can always contact me on discord and I will jump on. I truly think I am mature enough and ready for the Trial Moderator rank.

    16. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? If i was the Admin in this situation i would begin by bringing the reporter to a roof and getting his/her side of the story and after i had one that i would bring the RDMer to the roof and get their side of the story and if the player started cussing , i will not giving others a chance to say their side of the story , i will Mute or gag the player who is cursing until i get the stories or proof from everyone that was involved , when i finish listening to the Stories or watching the proof , i will ungag the cussing player and tell him to relax , and if he started to Mass RDM again i will warn him and minge him for 300 sec and call higher up to minge him for 10,000 seconds.
