If the suspect has any long range weapon out, you may not taze them. But if they have a meelee weapon out or no weapon atal, you are alloud to taze them. If you see anyone tazer rushing report it to a command member.

IMO it shouldn’t count as tazer rush when the gun is pointed at another direction, not sure if they have to point it at u. They do not have to shoot.

What is the definition of taser rush? I was told that in order for it to be taser rushing the subject has to fire a shot off and not just to have a gun out. So the question is " Does the subject have to shoot?"

[Regarding S.R.T.]

I wanted to know what is happening with SRT cause there isn’t a current roster posted and they are all very inactive (Ballon and Strider are exceptions). This is concerning to me because I do not want to see a tactical unit get deactivated.

What do you think is an acceptable punishment? No, because he had absolutely no proof. He warned me without proof and without checking the logs!
