Before you slam me down, let me explain.

I don't expect a rank like his to instantly lead a whole battalion of troops.

He might be a competent leader, but skipping 6 to 7 ranks doesn't seem like a good idea (SF had 9 ranks in total before the recent rank revision).

One thing I am open to is the idea of him getting an officer position (I'm making the forms as I type this) for him to gain more exposure.

He'd make a perfect officer.

As current Vice Marshal, he is still a great fit for VM. So far, he's helped me a lot by bringing in more people through tryouts and his activity is amazing.

I feel like there's a fine ethical line in roleplay where this is just too far. This is an organized crime group that does some of the most brutal things. Such as one case in maryland where they stabbed a man hundreds of times, then decapitated him, dismembered him, and ripped out his heart. Which although that sounds bad isn't the worst of this group and is a pretty routine killing. I mean these animals are involved in child prostitution by using kidnapped and trafficked children and other unspeakable organized acts. You are disrespecting the memories of the victims of these animals by turning it into a joke by roleplaying as them, honestly you are just despicable.
