+ Support (Not a perma ban because he doesn't meet requirements for a perm). But i think some sort of punishment is valid, due to the fact i have to constantly make him stop breaking rules. An example was during the Gaminglights got talent event, i had to pull him aside and make him stop minging during the event multiple times, and simply ignored me when i asked him to stop. But that's just one example. He knows the server rules but he just doesn't make the effort to follow them.

Why do you think this warn was false: I don't think this warn is false, because back in 2018 i had just became an OFC, and i didn't really understand what taser rushing is, so apparently i did it and got warned for it. But this warn is a whole year old and i believe it should get removed because of the age of the warn. Obviously i know what taser rushing is now, and i have read the motd multiple times. I haven't even come close to making this mistake again, and it won't happen again.
Any extra information: The date for the warn was August 26th 2018

It was a while ago like i said, it was something along the lines of "Would you like to join the staff team? Well /pm Wump and i will get you started!" Then people started asking me for staff and they got mad, which i can understand, but it was on a timer that i later removed because of this incident.

Why do you think this warn was false: I feel this warn is false because if any of you have ever been staff on IceFuse in the past, they make you join recruitment at a certain staff rank, in recruitment you have to put a recruitment bind out literally every couple of minutes, i was really bad at this because i couldn't remember to press my bind. So they had me set up some kind of bind timer where this would go off every 5 or so minutes. And if i didn't do this, it meant i get a strike, and removal from the recruitment team means you get bumped down several ranks. I didn't realize i had the bind timer set when i joined the server(gaminglight). And when i joined the server i had already resigned from my Administrator position there, because of personal reasons. So i join the server and my bind starts going off, i immediately apologize but then i am immediately brought to a sit because of it. And on gaminglight whenever i would type the word (Icefuse) it would immediately change it to (gaminglight) so i was basically messing myself up trying to explain what had happened, and for some reason they didn't believe me, so i then got warned for staff Impersonation.
Any extra information: This was a while ago.

Do you have any other experience with staffing?: (If yes, explain) Yes, I was once an Administrator on IceFuse networks, i was apart of the recruitment, mentorship(training staff members), Event team, Tech support, before resigning due to higher ups. I was later a moderator on a server called Orion Networks, they shut down. I don't know if this is relevant but i was an owner of a discord server with around 500 people in it.

Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) I believe i deserve the Trial Moderator rank because i am a very respectful player, if someone needs something in game, like a question they have or help with literally anything, i'm there for them. Whenever there are questions from new players in ooc, and i'm in the server, i'm usually the first person to respond. I am very good under stressful situations as being a staff member can be difficult at times, it's just how you deal with this. I have a lot of experience in staffing, i used to train staff members for IceFuse, so i do know what i'm doing when it comes to staffing. I am very active on the server, i am online just about every single day for lots of hours. I enjoy this server and what it has to offer, and i would like to do more for the players who are confused, or have just been Rdmd, or wronged in any way. Gaminglight Police RP is literally the only server i play on, whenever i get on my computer, i am only getting on to play this server. I have lot's of respect for the staff members and all that they do for this server, they work hard and i would like to be apart of that beside them. I did have an incident with hunt, but i did resolve this by later apologizing to him in /pm. I don't like having bad blood and i am an honest person, i will always own up to my mistakes as a person and as a player on this server. I feel a good amount of players know me, i am always doing RP with different players every day, and i'm on the server 24/7. Long story short, i respect the staff team and all that they do, and i would like to become apart of the team that helps this amazing community thrive!
(Also, if this does get accepted, and it is on a Friday, i am unable to play my computer at all on any Fridays, ever. I know it's stupid but i don't have a choice).
How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Since i would be unable to do it myself because i would be a trial mod and they can only do 300 second minges. It would be a 10,000 second minge, then another 600 for all of the disrespect. Since i would be a trial mod technically trying to enforce this, i would have to contact a higher up staff member who is able to give this punishment.

You are meant to see FBI badges in their inventory. It's about roleplay my dude, in real life FBI agents always have their badge. In their inventory you can see their badge, with that the weapons in your inventory doesn't really matter because they will see the badge.
It's not like criminals can weapon check you unless they kidnap you. If they already know that your FBI without doing that, there's something wrong with you. People literally cannot just "see" that your FBI just by taking a look at you.

Impossible to enforce the rule, no one is counting, not necessary. I am pretty sure SMT would have already added this rule in if they did not feel like it was fit. It's also the whole point of using a button to open fading windows quickly and close them.

Sergeant Major already has spike strips. I don't only SGT's or MSGT's should get the strips for lots of people can abuse it, not know how to use it and some can not be trusted with it.
SGT's don't need it yet
Spikes are special and getting Sergeant Major is hard, so it will be special when u get spikes as a SM.
